“Kimberley was highly efficient at assisting me with a query. Although we returned the item in the end, I just wanted to tell future customers that Trade Radiators delivered the item quickly, are completely honourable, and subsequently dealt quickly with the issue. “I bought a radiator & valve last year which has been fabulous. Randomly the valve 'popped' off. A quick email and a replacement arrived by courier the following day. I hadn't realised the part had a two-year guarantee!”

“We purchased radiators from here and are very pleased with them. Some months later I contacted them to ask if I could purchase a spare plastic cover for one of the mounting brackets which was missing and they promptly sent me a new set with no charge. Fantastic follow on customer service.”

“The radiator is very stylish, however, the mounting instructions contain no dimensions (drill size, distance between holes) for drilling the holes for the mounting wall brackets. This is a major omission as it is inconvenient, and fraught with error, to try and determine these dimensions.”
