“Needed a couple of tall radiators for our new extension. After searching online for a while, came across Trade Radiators. Firstly, they had a pretty extensive range of what I wanted, then the filters on the website were extremely useful in narrowing down my search meaning I could quickly find exactly what I needed. All items in stock and with free next day delivery, I know I got a great deal. Radiators look great (although not fitted them yet). Only regret is that I didn't order any pipe collars!”

“First class service, ladder style radiator arrived with damage, sustained in transport. Contacted Trade radiators, sent pictures of the damage, within 2 hours received a call to say another rad had been dispatched, confirmed by Yasmin in an e mail. Rad 2 arrived following day, in perfect condition. Cannot fault quality of the radiator, or the customer service. Many Thanks.”

“Ordered a radiator which in the pictures looked more gold than bronze . When it arrived it was a extremely dark bronze nothing near gold. I then had to pay £42 to return . Picture on website misleading. Wouldn’t use again.”

Sorry you weren't happy with the colour, unfortunately return courier charges are unavoidable for large items. We sell a lot of that colour and have genuinely never had anyone else unhappy with it so we're sorry that it wasn't suitable for you personally.

“Unfortunately the next day delivery (before 2pm) doesn’t exist. I called multiple times to confirm my order, stock availability and delivery times and was told it is ready for dispatch for the next day. I have been told the website needs updating and has lots of incorrect information. However, this shouldn’t effect my order as I called up, spoke to the warehouse and emailed to confirm the availability and was told it will be dispatched for next day. Very frustrating as the bathroom tiling cannot continue until the radiator arrives which I’ve been told maybe well over a week.”

Apologies that this happened, I can see when we checked stock for you it was confirmed it was there but unfortunately by the time the order was placed it had went out of stock. I am really sorry for any inconvenience that was caused by this.
