“I wasn’t particularly impressed with the delivery, he turned up at 8.05am and new nothing about waiting for 20 mins while I inspected the radiator, I had to ask him for help to lift it off the pallet ( which he refused to take with him). I cannot move the radiator on my own to inspect it properly.”

I can see that it was a Cast Iron radiator you ordered. We do send an email over when arranging delivery which does advise that the radiators are very heavy and you would require assistance with taking it in to the property as our drivers are uninsured to do this. It is normal process for our drivers to leave the pallet but he certainly should have waited the 20 minutes and I am sorry that this did not happen.

“Ordered three Saturn Triple Towel Rail radiators, in Anthracite. They were all delivered within the timeframes indicated, packaged well and look of good quality. Have yet to get them plumbed in and working, but so far very happy, and would certainly consider using them again.”

“Brilliant service from trade radiators, Jade in particular. I purchased a Reina flat 1800 x 292 vertical radiator that delayed due to manpower constraints from the courier but there was communication everyday on Jade's part informing me of the progress of my delivery. Once it was delivered I discovered it was damaged and after reporting it a replacement arrived shortly after of which I was kept informed about at all times. Whether it was telephone or email Jade was always polite, friendly and helpful. I will definitely be purchasing from Traderadiators in future as I've always struggled with support when purchasing online with other companies.”

“After being let down by VictoriaPlum I needed to source radiators quick. I got the same radiators, ordered on a Friday, delivered the following Monday and they were £200 cheaper. I've used TR in the past at another property and they were great then too. Glad to see unlike so many other companies they can still do the right things well.”

“9 days since placing my order, (despite the website stating next day delivery)I’ve still not received my bathroom radiator. Have rang every day this week and been told “the courier states it will be delivered today” and still not received it. Completely held up my bathroom install and no resolution in sight. Purchase elsewhere!!”

“ordered 5 k.rad radiators and 1stelrad double radiator for the living room. They arrived in great condition and were well packaged and protected. there was a slight delay on ordering as they were waiting for a couple to make up the order but were delivered quickly. highly recommended. a very satisfied customer and they were a great price too!”
