“We received a damaged radiator from this company. We sent proof of the damage and have phoned and have been refused a refund or replacement (which is actually against the Consumer Rights Act). However, they did not seem interested. Instead, we were 'offered' a small discount to order a new one after spending over £400! We have never had issues with returning faulty items to any company before but we would NOT ever recommend this company to anyone based on this again.”

As you are fully aware, you had the radiator for over a month on your property, then tried to claim it arrived damaged despite the packaging being intact and the radiator now looking like it'd had something (albeit accidentally) dropped on it or bumped against it, which could easily have happened during the time that work that was being done on the property. Faults and damages are 2 very different things as we have explained to you, faults are covered by decade long guarantee periods, damages are not and must be dealt with in a reasonable timescale. The reason is that damage could have (and in this instance clearly did) happen while the goods were in your possession for an extended period of time. We didn't do anything wrong legally or otherwise and tried to help you. Trolling our social media and having your friends do the same was particularly low. Our Ops Manager did replace the item for you, however whilst being clear that you were NOT entitled to a replacement of any kind, this was purely at our own discretion (as confirmed by Trading Standards) to bring the matter to a close.

“Radiator was good but white valves were poor quality, I expected a better paint finish or even stove finish. I will have to buy a spray to cover damage when it was fitted”

“I bought 4 radiators for our office to replace older electric ones. They arrived the next day and are easy to install and use. They heat up quickly and are way more efficient and will save us a lot on electricity. The service I have received from trade radiators has been great, and I would recommend them.”

“Really happy with the quick delivery on the four Paladin cast iron radiators we purchased from Trade radiators - painted finish looks great as do the rads! One minor fault discovered during installation resolved quickly over the phone with new gasket arriving the following day in the post - thank-you!”

“I decided to change our radiator in our Sunroom for a higher output Vertical Rad because we were having a new boiler fitted and it would be a good time to have the work done. Looking at the reviews for all the online sellers none had a perfect record so I felt like it was a gamble who ever I chose. I decided on Trade Radiators and spoke to Kimberley and asked a couple of questions like Is it actually in stock and who do you use for delivery. I then placed an order on Friday Morning(10th). I received an immediate confirmation of order. On Saturday I recieved a text from the couriers to say it would be delivered on Wednesday (15th). However, to my surprise the carrier arrived this morning (Monday 13th) in perfect order. This was in effect a 24 hour delivery. Of course all retailers have problems with the supply chain and the carriers they use, but I can not fault Trade Radiators. I can only Highly Recommend. Brian - Retired Company Owner”

“I was looking to change a radiator in our Sunroom to a Vertical rad to achieve more heat and was confused by all of the online retailers and the poor reviews on all of them for items being out of stock after ordering or poor delivery. We are having our boiler changed on Thursday so needed assurance that it would arrive to coincide with the work. I have been Pleasantly Surprised Today (Mon13Dec) because I ordered the radiator on Friday, had an immediate confirmation. then received a text on Saturday to say that the radiator would be delivered on Wednesday and IT HAS ARRIVED 2 DAYS EARLY ON MONDAY MORNING. Take the poor reviews with a pinch of salt. OK they may get a few order cock ups, it happens, but today I can Highly Recommend Trade Radiators. My tip is to phone and speak to a advisor, I spoke with Kimberley and she was excellent, check the stock and then place your order. It worked for me. Highly Recommended”

“Excellent radiators- nice design, good function. Extremely good customer service. However had problem with delivery company, Tuffnells who failed to deliver but claimed they had. Eventually trade radiators resolved the problem.”
