“Fittings are really poor quality, you'll need several rolls of PTFE!!! Takes so long to assemble because of the fittings it's worth paying more for better quality”

Hi Andrew, sorry you were not happy. The quality of the Nordic radiators is excellent, all radiators should be installed by a qualified plumber or heating engineer and not by the customer (as this invalidates the warranty) and the feedback we get from tradespeople is fantastic. We've had no contact from you on the order to let us know you had an issue, we would always look into any problems and resolve them right away, given the opportunity to do so, we are here to help.
