“Very easy and simple transaction, Only scored 4* as it would have been preferable to have option of delivery time ie AM/PM even if you have to pay a premium.”

“Great range of products at a competitive price. I have purchased three radiators and did have some issues with damage to the units and had to return and exchange three times until we received undamaged goods. The customer service centre was excellent at handling these exchanges and were very professional and pleasant to deal with. I would use Trade Radiators again without hesitation.”

“I ordered a radiator and filament and liquid to go in it. Great that you can see where your order is in the country. Didn’t know it would be coming in two packages on 2 days. Would have been useful to know the order was split. It all arrived in good condition. Radiator very well protected. Other package open but everything inside. Great job. If I’d known it was coming in 2 packages it would have been perfect but still very good.”

“The radiator we ordered were polished chrome finish. My wife opened the top of the box and saw it was polished chrome at the top. She left the radiator in the box having seen what she needed to. Our plumber fitted this while we were both at work only for us to notice the front panels on the radiator where brushed chrome. We were very disappointed at this due to us wanting full chrome like it was advertised. There were nothing we could do as we had paid our plumber for fitting this. Is there anything you could compensate me with please for your error .”

Thanks for your review, we have double checked and the item you ordered is satin finish stainless steel (as stated on your order receipt email) and not polished stainless steel so we have definitely sent the correct item for you. We do understand that sometimes customers can mistakenly order incorrectly and we are always happy to swap items over when this happens but as you have installed the item we unfortunately can't take it back, we're really sorry. “Radiators seemed packaged well, the one had blanking plugs in place the other didn't. The one without blanking plugs on final un packing showed a dent in side panel. For me this wasn't a problem as fitted in a recess. As this was packed really well lots of foam protection, I wonder if I had been sent one that had previously been returned.”
