“Really good easy to use website prices very competitive my only down was when I phoned up and left a message nobody got back to me”

“Your service was prompt and efficient . However your affiliate Delivery company was disappointing. The delivery driver informed my partner he was unable to bring the radiator to the door step which I’m sure you will find to hear is disappointing for a ‘delivery driver ‘. fortunately our helpful decorator stepped in and saved the day and brought the item by himself to our property. No harm but may help for feedback for the delivery company .”

“The towel radiator I ordered was badly damaged when it arrived. However, An alternative was supplied and arrived the next day. It's now fitted and looks great. Thanks to Samantha for resolving the problem so quickly. I would recommend Trade Radiators for their excellent after sakes service.”

“Website kept asking if I needed an electric thermostat for the radiator when in fact it had one ....and then again when I placed the order, it was still offering the option, so had to ring and clarify it definitely was included!! Apart from that very straightforward. Would defo recommend”

“Trade radiators done get radiators are get small damage on one but reversed it so that side faces the wall so all good great service. Good fair price Quality product”

Thanks for your review Kevin. Any issues (including damages) should be reported to our Customer Service team to allow us the opportunity to replace the item for you. Your items should be perfect and will have left that way, this is most likely transit damage. We would have preferred to replace the item and would have done so had we been given the opportunity. Apologies for your inconvenience.

“Found exact type of radiator towel bar I wanted at a much cheaper price than other suppliers. Free delivery and arrived very quickly despite current lock down. Packaging was minimal but still substantial. Would recommend Trade Radiators.”

“product is ok, but the courier service needs improvement, people are very busy, especially if you are in business and you are out on jobs, in short we need a narrow time slot for delivery, so we can factor del time into our diary, the courier used doesnt provide this, where others do! i would be weary to order again if this courier is used”

Sorry you weren't in when the courier tried to deliver on your notified delivery date, they always attempt redelivery the following working day unless the customer contacts them requesting to collect from the depot instead. “Good price. Easy to order. Fantastic next day delivery service with updated 2 hour slots by the courrier. Radiator looks excellent. Only downside was that the thread for one of the tails was poor and it needed a lot of force to screw the tail in. The other side was fine. Would not hesitate to use Trade Radiators again.”
