“This is the 2nd radiator I have bought and the quality is great and they look fantastic. On both of the orders I experienced issues with the components: valves and feet. Amanda your customer services representative was so helpful in getting me the right part for the plumber we had booked. Your customer services is great!”

Apologies that this happened, the couriers were really struggling with driver/staff shortages due to COVID and Brexit so at times logistics fell short of our usual standards for which we are truly sorry. Glad we managed to get you all sorted in the end. Sorry again for the inconvenience.

“Bought a couple of vertical anthracite column rads with matching anthracite valves. Easy, straight forward purchase and very fast delivery. Generally very pleased with product, nice design and seems robust. Small gripe....and it is small. The lower set of wall brackets are partially sprayed/galvanised metal colour which seems odd when the ones at the top of the rad are sprayed fully anthracite. The lower set are visible through the rad and from the side so I personally think they should match the radiator colour that you order? Most people who order these style of rads are doing so for the aesthetics so the mismatch brackets are slightly disappointing.”

“Radiator feels good quality and delivery was quick but a bit disappointed with the flimsy plastic fixings that came with it. Hope they're strong enough to hold it.”

“Very pleased with the vertical aluminium radiator. Arrived quickly and really well packaged. It looks better than I thought it would, unfortunately I haven't had it fitted yet as it is being installed with a new kitchen in late October so I can't say how well it works but if it is as good as it claims to be I will be more than pleased. Many thanks”

“Before I bought radiators, I used the online chat and it was very quick and useful. The radiators look good and I think the price is good too. The quality looks good but only time will tell. The reason for loosing one star, is due to late delivery, I ordered before 1pm and checked with the online chat, but it was not delivered the next day. another minor point is that the top of the towel rail do not have a cap so the edge is a bit sharper than I would like.”

“Excellent service , from online ordering to recieving package was really easy. What would have made this excellent would have been an estimated delivery date and maybe a courier tracking number so I knew exactly when it was arriving. My customer who it was ordered for kept asking me and I couldn’t give them a straight answer.”

“Great service, timely delivery etc. My only disappointment being that the doesn't have feet/legs. Given the substantial weight I'm a bit worried about hanging it solely on the brackets provided. Hence 4 stars not 5”

“The rad I bought has small lugs braised to the back face that are used to mount it to the wall. When the instructions said drill the holes precisely they weren't kidding. I measured across and down and diagonal and still ended up a couple of mm out. Not a very forgiving mounting system and very little room for error. Nice rad filled easily and works well. Smart Thermostat was a waste of money on Economy 7 as it looses programming on power down and just retains the temperature setting which is fine, but a cheaper one (not smart) would have done the same job.”
