“Trade radiators is very good to deal with, easy online ordering, efficient and nice people to deal with. Delivery via DX, an absolute nightmare. Didn't deliver when they said they would. Lost the next rad and also failed to deliver the first day!! Damages the Trade Radiators brand.”

“ordered 5 k.rad radiators and 1stelrad double radiator for the living room. They arrived in great condition and were well packaged and protected. there was a slight delay on ordering as they were waiting for a couple to make up the order but were delivered quickly. highly recommended. a very satisfied customer and they were a great price too!”

“Great radiator valves in Anthracite from West Delta. A little paint chipping noticeable out of the box but I was able to hide this.”

“I haven't used the radiator yet, but it is a Stelrad product so I expect it to be OK. It was well packaged and turned up without any damage. I was a little disappopinted with the fact that the radiator and the valves turned up separately with five days in between. Courier allowed me to choose a delivery date so I could ensure there was someone home to receive it”

Our Stelrad radiators do have a delivery time of 7-10 working days and the valves came from a different warehouses so they were dispatched separately. “Quickly dispatched unfortunately when unpackaged, found radiator to be damaged. One call to customer service and a couple of photos latter, and collection and replacement delivery arranged for next day. Collection and delivery happened on time delaying installation by only 2 days, very good service when dealing with an issue. Would recommend for this reason combined with competitive prices.”

“Helpful staff and nice designer radiators, still to be installed. Unfortunately the delivery company gave us very short notice, and we had no time to get back home, so they dumped 3 expensive large rads very visibly in the garden and left, marking the consignments as 'signed for' which they were definitely not, unless by squirrels. Luckily a friend noticed and rescued them. So that let customer service down.”

“Website was easy to use which made a difference, when it came to ordering the radiator it was quick and simple to do. The extra advice given to me by the customer service associate was a nugget of gold. Happy with the product and the speedy delivery, would order again in the further.”

“The radiator is of good quality, Trade Radiators was the only outlet that I could find this particular size, which was to replace an old imperial sized rad. Cannot fault the company on its packaging, it would have been virtually impossible for it to be damaged in transit. But have two niggles; a very minor one was that there was paperwork for another customer inside the packaging with his address on. Secondly courier took an age to deliver, Order was placed on the 18/09/24 TR notified me it had been didpatched, but after 3 or 4 days the courier rang to say they would deliver in a weeks time 01/10/24.”

Whilst I am pleased you are happy with your purchase we are terribly sorry that the experience was nowhere near as smooth as it should have been with regards to the deliver. The courier service has let us all down here which is not our usual standards at all. Apologies again that your experience was far from ideal. “Good service on delivery but sadly the original product was damaged on unpacking. Having sent an email with photos shaowing the damage nothing was heard. I telephoned the supplier who asked if I had been contacted but I advise that I had not. Four days later the provider (not the supplier of the service) called to state that they would be delivering the replacement radiator and collecting the damaged item the following day. Question, why did the supplier not contact me???”
