The radiator we ordered were polished chrome finish. My wife opened the top of the box and saw it was polished chrome at the top. She left the radiator in the box having seen what she needed to. Our plumber fitted this while we were both at work only for us to notice the front panels on the radiator where brushed chrome. We were very disappointed at this due to us wanting full chrome like it was advertised. There were nothing we could do as we had paid our plumber for fitting this.
Is there anything you could compensate me with please for your error .
