“Ordered online 3 Dec and rad was delivered on 5th. Very good. Rad quality was good apart from the cheap metalized plastic support brackets. However now installed and does what it says on the box.”

Thanks for your continued custom, we really appreciate that. Sorry your delivery wasn't perfect, at this time of year (on the run up to Christmas) the couriers are incredibly busy and as a result deliveries can be a little delayed for which we apologise.

“Happy enough with the radiator, did not notice the packaging was damaged it was on the side where the plastic is melted together, when unpacked the cardboard covering had been ripped so not quite sure if this was packed up like this! if it`s not good practice.”

“Great radiator, fast delivery. Let down by lack of info in the instructions. No full size for supplied fixings, then when I called and asked, I was given the wrong information. I was told 8mm, was actually 10mm.”

“I rate good and not very good due to, the radiator arrived when they said it would BUT the office told me to check it was ok before I signed for it but as it was a courier and not from the store he did not have time to wait for me to check it so I had to accept it. When the plumber arrived he found a small chip on the enamel which i let go as he was there and as it was down on the left had corner you cannot notice it, but its still a chip. It would have been too must hassle to re arrange the plumber and to return it, at probably my expense. :-(”

“Really quick delivery, rads are great just a little damage to grills. ( I think every rad I have ever bought with a grill has had some damage)!!”

“1) Website easy to use 2) Order processed quickly 3) Their courier is rubbish (and this seems to be a common theme in the feedback). I changed the delivery date but they still delivered on the original day and it was lucky someone was there (dog walker) to accept it. Doesn’t allow a particular time window to be chosen. 4) The radiator supplied had differently shaped bars to the one I ordered on their website. 5) The communication with Trade Radiators was exemplary, with rapid responses to email and phone calls. They told me that the radiator sent was the ‘new shape’ of the one ordered but their website hadn’t been updated.”

The radiator is the same, there has just been a very tiny, barely noticeable difference in the design, the model itself remains the same. “Great price, range of radiator sizes with quick delivery. Instant chat was also very helpful but could supply more specifications on the website ie bracket depth, inlet hole sizes, distance between inlet and outlet etc”
