“Tonies Box. Was 2day delivery but it didn’t actually come for weeks and lots of phone calls and false delivery promises. So after two weeks I said I wish u refund if the item is not delivered in next two days. Then I get an email saying the item is ready for dispatch but we’ve placed it on hold and I had to contact them again. They have some cheek and I wouldn’t buy from again as was way too much hassle. Ya pay for 2-3 day delivery guaranteed and get it weeks later and no refund for the delivery charge either. So yep terrible service”

“Found Toy Street by accident after searching the internet for a specific Toy, which to my delight had it in stock! Was unsure whether to make a purchase as I’d never heard of this shop before. My purchase took over a week to dispatch- so I thought the worst. However I managed to contact them via Facebook and was replied to straight away my product was with me a day or two later. Faith was restored! Customer service is brilliant. Now have Toy Street saved as a favourite and wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from again :)”
