Had paid for the faster delivery as needed for a gift. After receiving no shipping confirmation, I called only to find it hadn't yet been picked. Whilst I appreciate that can get busy, to state a delivery date on the order, as well as charging extra for the service, is poor if you do not intend to honour it

Avoid this company !!!!!!! Absolute waste of time . Appalling . Now wait 10 days for a refund and reading other reviews I’m not holding out hope I’ll even see that ! Appalling company - don’t waste your time or money !

I bought 2 random toys for my son, I left a note to say please send two different toys, they sent the same toy twice, packaged together. I can only think they sell their slowest selling toys as 'random' to get rid of bad stock. I have been left with an upset son at Easter, and when I asked for a swap or refund, they did not help. Have I got my 50 quid voucher yet??

Do NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY. They will take your money and never deliver the item. They will also hang up on you and not take your call when you try to chase them. Please do not spend your money here, the deals are designed to draw you in but they will not deliver your items to you. They will blame royal mail- it is not the fault of royal mail, it is them.

Stated on website when ordering 48 hours for delivery, then turns out its over 2weeks for delivery once purchased. Get an email to say its been delayed as they are selling stock they dont even have! Emailed asking to cancel order and haven't had a response, still no item weeks after ordering and now waiting on a clearpay dispute which they are still not responding to them either. Avoid!!!

I made an order about 4 months ago. I understand that some items I purchased were on back order, but 4 months and still no word from the company at all. I'm starting to suspect I was a victim of a scam. Just be wary that the "usual" 2 month back order fulfillment can very easily snowball into 4, and maybe even a lifetime. Order with caution.

Toy street is unreliable. Please listen to the other reviews as I wish I had. Despite paying for 48 hour postage, it took nearly two weeks for the item to arrive due to Toy Street not dispatching it. I received no communication about a delay with dispatch. I emailed Toystreet twice to cancel the order given it was not going to arrive on time and would need to order from somewhere else. However I received no response from Toystreet.

I placed my first order March 3rd. Received order confirmation estimating delivery March 11-13. I have not received a tracking number or my order. I sent an email last week and have not received a reply. The website claims to shoot the next day, now I’m wondering if this is a scam website.

Placed an order 2 weeks,I’ve yet to receive this I’ve had no email or tracking number and I’ve emailed the company numerous times and had no reply and when I ring the number it says they are closed !! Not happy about this

It is now three months since I placed the order which I have not received, it is now well over two months past the estimated date of delivery. Although I have sent two emails over the past week neither have been responded to. Very disappointing and unacceptable service.

Still waiting on an item that hasn't come yet and I wonder if a robot will respond or an actual person because most likely they wouldn't care to respond to people who spent their hard earned money on people who can't even send the item straight away

I have been waiting for my order for over 1 week. no one answers the phone or responds to e-mails because they want their money back. I lost money and time. I do not recommend shopping here!

Placed an order with Toystreet after seeing that they deliver next day if ordered by 4pm. Fab! 2 weeks later and still no product! Aparently the product was "held" at one of their other warehouses. Load of rubbish, they are clearly drop shipping and don't have the stock. It's a fair way of selling, but be honest with delivery and dispatch times instead of promising next day when it clearly is never going to be! Awful service, submitted a support ticket which was unanswered, when I finally got through on the phone they then said the product had been dispatched. Buyer beware!

I cannot rate the product as I haven't yet received it despite ordering it 3 weeks ago. It has been in transit for the last 18 days, going backwards and forwards from various depots and never reaching within 20 miles of my address. Despite calling Toy Street they tell me they can't send a replacement order, I have to wait until the product I ordered is returned to them before they can ship it out again. Whilst I appreciate that the courier is not their problem directly, it is obvious that I have not received my order and it is very poor customer service for them not to ship me out a replacement.

Awful service, impossible to contact them by phone, takes days to get a reply of any form from their Facebook chat. They do not reply to emails, and good luck finding the live chat!

My ithem never came, estimate date 10-11 today is 19 no one is answering calls !!!!! Says shop is closed and opening time is 10 am now is 11:34 I think is a SCAM!!! Be aware. No game no money no contact :(

Ordered a christmas present on 30th November. 48 hour delivery guaranteed apparently and still item hasn't turned up. Refused a refund due to the item leaving their 'other' warehouse but no tracking info given. Had to order a duplicate item from amazon. Fair play to those that receive their purchases. I won't be endorsing or recommending this company to anyone
