Very bad experience with this store. I never received my order, I still waiting for my refund. When I placed the order everything was in stock of course but my order was in processing for more than two weeks. Customer service said not in stock, finally they cancelled my order. And after that I see the item in stock !! It’s a crazy joke !!!

I ordered & received a toddler ride-on toy that when I opened the box and saw it, realised it was unsafe for my toddler as it had sharp edges and also a small lift-up seat that could catch little fingers. This realisation took less than a minute, and the only thing I opened was the box it came in. I re-sealed the box (using the same sellotape as the original) and contacted Toy Street to return it on safety grounds. They said I couldn't - and would not be refunded if I did- as I had opened the box and 'this is acceptance of the goods'. How else are you supposed to check if the item is what you expected? Be warned, you need to be 100% sure of what you're ordering or you're stuck with it!! I'm based in Ireland, and EU Consumer Rights would enable me to make the return, but of course UK companies can make up their own rules. I am furious; this is very poor customer service. On point of principle, I will never again purchase from Toy Street, and I would caution potential buyers to read the Terms & Conditions carefully before buying!

The disciption didn’t say it was a rattle I thought it was just a teddy I didn’t want a rattle it’s fine other than that but it’s not what I was hoping for

PRODUCT NEVER ARRIVED. I have been waiting for an order for over a month and it has said waiting to be sent the entire time. Reached out and made multiple tickets asking for a refund and was ignored and denied. DO NOT order from here if you want to receive your orders

Ordered two months ago still not turned up was told would be with me in 7 days when booked company is a joke and so un helpful would not be buy from again and would advise other people not to buy from them

Really disappointing service. Placed an order before Xmas of a mix of things. I had an email to say one item was delayed. I emailed back to ask for the rest to be dispatched and could do this for a fee. I had no update on the outstanding item until I chased it this week. And unfortunately there is still no timescale for delivery.

I ordered a present for my Grandson and paid extra to get it next day, I have waited in for two days now and if hasn't arrived after I told my grandson it will be coming the day it said it would, he was super excited, I am furious at myself for not reading the reviews before purchasing from this company if had done I would have gone elsewhere. They take your money then mess you about avoid

I ordered something for my daughter on the 12th of December and paid extra for it to be here before Christmas, and I still haven't received the item. Also the company hasn't responded to any of my emails at all. I would recommend ordering from some other company because those one doesn't value it's customers enough to even respond.

Really disappointed, bought online and paid the most expensive delivery option and it said that it would arrive on the 23/24 and it didn’t… no sign of my purchase so far! Unfortunately my daughter didn’t get the dragon she wanted from room on the broom. They haven’t even update the info to say if it was going to be delayed or lost. Still waiting.
