“Great quality, prompt shipping (to Romania), excellent services. I even managed to buy one of my daughter’s favorite toy at half the price during a sale. It wasn’t the first time I chose Toy Street and it definitely wasn’t the last either! Thank you!”

“Sent me the incorrect item. When I wrote to them to ask them to deal with it, they gave me a freepost address to send the item back to and said they would 'try' to send the correct item once they had received the return. This would have meant having to wait much longer in the hope that they would find the correct item. So I had to go out of my way to take the item back to the post office to send it back. In the end I asked for a full refund rather than wait for the possibility of getting the correct item sent, which I still haven't received. I also think it's unacceptable that I won't receive my postage fee back considering that it's Toy Street's fault that I received the incorrect item in the first place. I won't bother with them again.”

“Great website with a huge variety of toys, games, etc. Found exactly what i was looking for, However, slightly disappointed with the delivery as I ordered item on Tuesday 2 Sept with estimated delivery on 4th or 5th. Order did not arrive until Monday 8th which was only just in time for the following day's visit to our granddaughter.”
