“Enormous sentimental value on a now discontinued item for a baby who very sadly died a few years ago. My partner donated many of these to children’s hospitals and NICUs in her honour so to find some more we are beyond thrilled and can’t thank Toy Street enough for mailing to Australia. Can’t express our appreciation enough 🥹”

“Item arrived in good condition. But, item was delayed, with an estimated delivery window of four days, minimum of one week after the order was placed. I emailed the day after the estimated delivery window to ask about the whereabouts of the package. I then receive an automated email the next day to tell me that it had finally been posted. No actual response to my email, or any explanation for the delay. Poor communication and poor delivery times. Item was fine.”
