“Speedy delivery and very well packaged. I have not used the crackers yet as they are for Christmas ( just trying to get ahead this year). The crackers look fantastic - exactly as described and very good value. I was a little hesitant about ordering but now I would certainly buy from this company again.”

“Toy Street were brilliant, the toy train I ordered was sent to the courier that day. Sadly Evri were not so good I received my toy 3 days later not next day delivery as requested. Toy Street were very apologetic and have been great, I could not fault them, will certainly order from them again.”

“I ordered 5 assorted peppa pig characters and out of the 5, 3 of them were Peppa and 2 were elephant. When I emailed for exchange I was told that is assorted and picked at random. I wasn’t asking for a particular character, just for them to be different on a same order placed. So keep that in mind if you want to order from them.”

Hi there, Thank you for your review. We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience. With assorted products, we do our best to avoid duplicates, however if this is not possible, we will need to use duplicates to fulfil the full order. In this instance, it does look like these were the only 2 items from the assortment we had available. If you would like any further assistance with this order, please send us an email at mail@toystreet.co.uk with reference number 2803, and a member of our team will be happy to help. Thank You, Toy Street

“My mum and auntie have been playing with their old Super Scrabble set for over 12 years, so when we needed a new one, we couldn’t find one anywhere in NZ or Australia. We finally located one at Toy Street in the UK and thought it might take forever to arrive. We were pleasantly surprised — it arrived in about a week and a half! Awesome service and a great product. They’re both really happy to have their favourite game back. Highly recommend”

“Game as described but paid extra for next day delivery and it didn't arrive. The game was specifically required for the next day otherwise I could have bought elsewhere in person without postage. Tried contacting about this but had no reply.”
