“I bought a large ty beanie cat with horn. Order arrived but it was wasn't the one advertised both in the description and the picture. I sent an email and they requested proof in the form of photo. Sent one back and was told the reason the incorrect item was sent was due to a listing error. Very light on the apology, really didn't seem bothered and master of fact, stated I could return it. It's huge and they wanted it sent tracked royal mail, at cost to me when it's their error. It was the one thing on my child Xmas list and the wrong one arrived. I won't be using the company again.”

“My 8year old bought a doll with her own money and it said 24hr dispatch, 7 days later and still not dispatch. they have ignored emails but the one single response I got said the would chase their warehouse to send it out, but back to no response, they are just fobbing us off. Disturbingly on the order it says 'on its way' but it certainly ain't. Everyday I have to explain to my daughter why it's not arrived, a bit of a bad independent shopping experience for her. I wont be buying from them again after this, however its ends up. I paid through PayPal so I will put in a report in a couple of days, if no joy. wish I had read all the reviews, I only read the good ones which I think are cons now.”

“I ordered the listen and play over the rainbow bag at the end of Oct seeing that it was next day delivery. As of today 29th November it still has not arrived even after sending emails to Toy Street and they keep fobbing me off with different excuses as to why it’s late in being delivered. I shall be requesting a refund over the next couple of days if it has not arrived.”

“Ordered a Tonie for my granddaughter from toy street still waiting after 3 weeks no news sent 4 emails no reply phoned a number of times no answer,did eventually spoke to someone who said it would be delivered soon that was over a week ago,more emails and phone calls nothing”

“Despatch took longer than anticipated. After the despatch email, Black Friday weekend)nothing happened-on Yodel site With sender. I rang Monday Nov 27- yes I had to wait about 15 minutes, the recorded message is annoying, BUT the guy I spoke to was brilliant, immediately messaged Yodel ((I could see on Yodel site) and by evening tracking was updated, and it has just been delivered (Wednesday). So patience but I would happily use them again as their price was significantly less.”
