“The product was as I'd hoped and the price was fair but delivery took AGES. Ithink someone forgot to despatch it and when I pointed it out, I still had to wait for about a week before it was put in the post which meant a big delay in giving it as a ggift which was very disappointing.”

“This item was very poor. We bought it for our grandson for Christmas. He was very excited when he saw it but the head broke off within 5 minutes of him playing with it. In fact I would like some compensation please”
