“I’ve been happy with the level of communication I’ve received from Toy Street regarding my first order. There’s just a few things that could be improved like explaining how the token program works and how to use points. Updates on orders, I had to contact Toy Street regarding my order on 30/5/26, but they did respond promptly. I’ll make another purchase soon.”

“Pricing was competitive but delivery time was not kept to meaning the item was not received in time for a birthday. Customer services didn’t seem to be too concerned that the delay in delivery was an issue. Would be more cautious in ordering from here in the future.”
