“Had never heard of toy street but then they had the number blocks my nephew wanted and cheaper than anywhere else so I took a chance and ordered and the delivery was quick and cheap. Would definitely recommend and use again”

“Ordered toys that stated in stock and available for delivery, selected and paid a premium for next day delivery only to then be told that some of the products were not available, and hence none of the order will be dispatched. No further contact for a week until I eventually had to cancel half the order to then allow the remaining order to be shipped. Terrible communication and service.”

We contacted you the day after the order was placed to advise that some of the items were unavailable and to explain the situation. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response to that message, so the order remained on hold awaiting your instructions. When you contacted us again on 29th August and asked to cancel the unavailable items, we were then able to proceed with the remainder of the order.
