“I bought a Sylvanian Families set from Toy Street to ship to the USA because the Calico Critters version is different from the original. The price for the set with shipping was less than most places have the Calico Critters set listed. I was very pleased with the diligence and professionalism of the customer service agents who helped me. They got back to me in a couple days with the email and answered all of my questions. I had one urgent matter which I used live chat for. It was a nice, easy option to reach the company right away. My order shipped fast and arrived within 10 days of placing the order. It was well packaged and in good condition. Overall this was a great experience and I would definitely buy from Toy Street again.”

“Game as expected. My Dad has had this game for ages and my daughter loves it so decided to get her it. There wasn't a rush so could have shopped around and waited til we could pick up in person cheaper elsewhere however we had a games night planned with friends and as Toy Street offered next day delivery for a little more I opted for that. Very disappointed that it didn't arrive so not only paid more for the game and postage but didn't have it to play with friends. Sent a n email to Toy Street to complain but heard nothing.”

“Order placed 31 August. Not dispatched until 5 September despite having an estimated delivery date of 2-3 September. Order arrived and it was the wrong item. Contacted re returning the item and was told to email. Had to chase my email after 24 hours and no response. I sent the incorrect item back on 9 September and as of today (15 September) I haven’t heard anything as to when the correct item will be sent to me. Really poor communication and would not recommend.”
