“I ordered quite a few items here from Canada & they were tracked & always arrived”

“I ordered & received a toddler ride-on toy that when I opened the box and saw it, realised it was unsafe for my toddler as it had sharp edges and also a small lift-up seat that could catch little fingers. This realisation took less than a minute, and the only thing I opened was the box it came in. I re-sealed the box (using the same sellotape as the original) and contacted Toy Street to return it on safety grounds. They said I couldn't - and would not be refunded if I did- as I had opened the box and 'this is acceptance of the goods'. How else are you supposed to check if the item is what you expected? Be warned, you need to be 100% sure of what you're ordering or you're stuck with it!! I'm based in Ireland, and EU Consumer Rights would enable me to make the return, but of course UK companies can make up their own rules. I am furious; this is very poor customer service. On point of principle, I will never again purchase from Toy Street, and I would caution potential buyers to read the Terms & Conditions carefully before buying!”

“I had looked for this particular toy for months and luckily came across Toy Street's web page. They had the item I wanted in stock so I immediatley bought it. The shipping cost was fine (UK to Australia) and it arrived packaged safely and it great condition. Thank you Toy Street!”

“My only concern is I was not notified of the delivery date of the item ordered as the item was delivered in the afternoon, not seen, rained on during the night and fortunately due to the puzzle wrapped in a plastic bag was not damaged. Puzzle looks good and I.m looking forward to putting it together. I can't answer some of the questions below as I didn't know the delivery date or who made the delivery.”

“The Woodland animal counting game has been bought for a newborn baby. I’ve already bought the toy for my twin grandsons, now 18 months. They absolutely love it and what I like is the durability of the toy. Currently they just enjoy stacking the rings, developing their manual dexterity. However, I can see many possibilities for learning through fun: colour matching, counting, number recognition and asa prompt for finding out more about the animals. Now retired, I was an early years teacher and I would have had this toy in my setting.”
