I ordered on the 01/12/25. I received an email on the 3rd saying that there was an issue but that you will ship my order to me as soon as possible. We are the 29/12 now and no feedback from your teams since.

The product was as I'd hoped and the price was fair but delivery took AGES. Ithink someone forgot to despatch it and when I pointed it out, I still had to wait for about a week before it was put in the post which meant a big delay in giving it as a ggift which was very disappointing.

I ordered two Palm Pals, the Yuzu Lemon and Gino the Gingerbread. Both are wonderfully fluffy and a joy to hold and look at. They arrived quickly and made me very happy.

This item was very poor. We bought it for our grandson for Christmas. He was very excited when he saw it but the head broke off within 5 minutes of him playing with it. In fact I would like some compensation please

I ordered a toy with delivery between the 11-17 December, so well in time for Christmas. I hadn't had a dispatch note by the 17 December or any communication so I called them and they said there had been a delay and it should be dispatched on Friday. I called Friday afternoon as I had not received an email saying the item had been dispatched and they said they would talk to the supply chain department and email me with an update. I got an email later that afternoon saying there was a problem with the item and it wouldn't be delivered in time for Christmas. I was extremely disappointed and whilst they are refunding the product once I asked them to, the communication during the whole process was poor as I received no updates, only when I called to ask what has happening. I would not use Toy Street again.

Absolute Disaster: 16 Days, No Dispatch, and False Deadlines! ​ ​My Order (placed Nov 24th) was promised delivery by December 15th at the very latest. ​After 16 days (as of Dec 10th), the fully paid item has not been dispatched, and there is no tracking number. Customer service only offers specious excuses about internal warehouse transfers. ​Customer Service repeatedly claims that the item is still 'on its way to the main warehouse', a completely implausible excuse after more than two weeks of waiting. ​Toy Street is failing to adhere to its advertised delivery window. They refuse to guarantee that the item will arrive on time. At this point, I would simply be relieved if the already paid-for item arrived at all. ​If deadlines matter to you, DO NOT order here! I am now forced to secure an alternative birthday gift at the last minute. Extremely unreliable retailer. (If the company finally takes serious action to dispatch my order, I am prepared to reconsider my review and overall opinion of this retailer.)
