“Ordered a jigsaw as a Christmas present. When item had not been dispatched after a few days I was worried it would no longer arrive in time, as it was getting close to the Royal Mail cut off date. I reached out to Toy Street to check on the status of my order, and received an apology and was upgraded to 24hr delivery for no extra cost. Jigsaw arrived in time for Christmas, thanks. So great customer service”

“I am a US customer so I was a little nervous about ordering from a company in Europe, but they had really good deals on a couple of Sylvanian family sets that are not currently easy to find in the US so I gave it a try. I ordered right after the New Year and during Toy Street’s big sales season which I understood could mean extra time on shipping. After placing the order I sent a couple of emails back and forth with questions I had about delivery. Both times customer service was quick to respond and helpful with their answers. My order shipped in about a week. It ended up in US customs in Chicago where it took a bit over a week to get through and then another several days to get delivered. I did not encounter extra fees for this package and it arrived in perfect condition and as anticipated. I am very happy with my experience purchasing from Toy Street.”

“The product was as I'd hoped and the price was fair but delivery took AGES. Ithink someone forgot to despatch it and when I pointed it out, I still had to wait for about a week before it was put in the post which meant a big delay in giving it as a ggift which was very disappointing.”
