“I placed an order on 9th November and started chasing it a week later. I eventually received all but one of the toys over a month later after emailing weekly. The final toy has still not been received (28th December) and I have now asked for a refund. Although the customer service team responded to my emails in a timely manner it was me that had to keep chasing the order. If I hadn’t asked them to send me the items they did have I wonder if I would have still been waiting for all the toys!”

“Absolutely ridiculous ordered a item for my child on the 2nd of December for Christmas on the 20th of December the company said via email they can’t guarantee it will arrive for Christmas absolutely disgusting will never ever buy one item from here ever again or recommend anyone to buy anything from here”

“ORDERED 4/12/2023 AND ITS NOW 18/12/2023 AND THEY HAVENT GIVE ME ANY UPDATE- RESPONDED TO ANY TIME OF CONTACT I HAVE TRIED TO MAKE VIA EMAIL, SOCIAL MEDIA ECT. NOW FIGHTING THEM WITH BANK TO GET MY MONEY BACK - AND FINDING A NEW GIFT FOR CHRISTMAS FOR MY DAUGHTER.”

“Ordered three presents on 10th,. They were all in stock and tracked Yodel (48) delivery takes 3 2weeks. Why, I mean I know its Christmas, but 3 weeks. Nothing to say they have even been posted yet. Can not afford to replace them. The shop is only open 10-3 pm daily so hoping to get some updates next week. Order #352996642”

“I ordered something a long time ago that was in stock when I ordered it.. within a day of my order they put it on back order. Told me it would take some time which I was fine with. A year and a half later still waiting.. email them now and get crickets.. not impressed at all.”

“Absolutely delighted. Toy Street is so refreshing, the choice really seems to have some thought behind it. Rather than just towering shelves of identikit brands that main competitors offer, there is genuine choice. What I especially love is those unique meaningful toys aren't just shoved at the back, they are everywhere! I had never come across Magic Market, for example, popular in France apparently. I'm a bit green, I knew I didn't want to experience the big toy superstore, and honestly never heard of Toy Street. Actually googled it to see if it was legit! Took a punt, and there you have it, bought most of Christmas. Delivered prompt in good environmentally friendly packaging, very neat, perfect condition. Happy with choice, happy with website user experience, happy with checkout, happy with delivery, happy with price!”

“Awful! 1 month on and I'm still wait for my parcel. Like other reviews here I'm told it's coming from another warehouse and will be here soon. I suspect I'll miss Christmas now and so I'm having to go out and purchase alternative gifts. Do not use! Waste of time.”

“Absolutely terrible service. After several emails and 3 phone calls, left on hold for over 40 mins each time then cut off. Automated email reply stating coming from another warehouse. Granddaughters birthday been and gone. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE.”
