I ordered this product on 2nd Dec, and it didn't arrive until mid Jan. I made 2 phone calls which took ages to get through, to chase up information on the delay as I wanted the product a a Christmas present. Not impressed!

I ordered the Beatrix Potter musical roundabout in November. It took a few weeks to arrive. Unfortunately, when I opened the box, one of the figurines had fallen off. As it was so near to Christmas, we didn't want to disappoint our grandson, so we had to superglue it back on.

jouet arrivé en bon état. le chien qui saute sur lui meme ne retombe jamais sur ses pattes. pas eu d'entente avec toy jouets vraiment decu par le sav lien pour renvoyer le jouet inactif et donc inutile

22 days on and still no parcel! Support has been quick to respond but still no info on a tracker number or when my parcel will arrive. I have been told that my order is in another warehouse. This was over 2 weeks ago and still nothing. Wondering where this other warehouse is or if it actually exists.

Had to pay additional taxes & shipping charges on my order cause it was an international order in a big box , for what I spent totally not worth it !!

I bought a large ty beanie cat with horn. Order arrived but it was wasn't the one advertised both in the description and the picture. I sent an email and they requested proof in the form of photo. Sent one back and was told the reason the incorrect item was sent was due to a listing error. Very light on the apology, really didn't seem bothered and master of fact, stated I could return it. It's huge and they wanted it sent tracked royal mail, at cost to me when it's their error. It was the one thing on my child Xmas list and the wrong one arrived. I won't be using the company again.

This was my first experience using Toy Street & the purchased Steiff bear finally arrived today, 4 weeks after I ordered it (expecting it to arrive next day). I rang & emailed numerous times to find out when I could expect it, to be told it is on its way but they have warehouses all over the country and didn’t know where it was coming from or when it would be dispatched. Helena said she would upgrade the shipping to a 24 hour service, but the parcel was received today with a 48 hour service on, so no upgrade was made. It arrived too late to be gifted and I wouldn’t have placed the order if I’d known there was a possibility of it taking a month. There has been no offer of any kind of compensation/future discount so there’s no incentive to purchase anything again and the company made no effort to contact me and give me updates that there was a delay. All in all, don’t buy from them if you need a quick turnaround, they are genuine products but you might be waiting 4 weeks to receive it.

I placed a couple of orders with Toy street after coming across them online, stating they had the items I wanted in stock and at good prices and stating a quick delivery. I didn't receive my first ordered item until over 4 weeks and after 5 weeks I still didn't have my second item so cancelled it, bought it from "Game" and recieved it two days later. I won't be using Toy Street again as found the experience far below acceptable although a shout out to customer support lady Helena of whom I dealt with a lot and always came back to me and was honest.

Hi. Just wanted to give some feedback. I ordered the dogs pooping puzzle which I paid to have gift wrapped. However you didn't remove the wrapping which gave away the whole point of the puzzle so it's lost its surprise shock factor. I feel I should get a refund for the gift wrapping at the very least given that I trusted you to pack without ruining the point of the puzzle. This is my order number Order #352964409] (28/09/2023)

There were 2 versions of uni extreme on the website, I wanted the more expensive one as I liked the shape better. Was sent the cheaper one without any explanation or refund. Tried to contact customer services twice went to answer phone stating opening hours which I was within. Ended up returning asking for the version I had ordered didn’t hear anything had to phone again to be told they were in the process of refunding me. All in all not s very good experience and would think twice before using again.

Two weeks and two phone calls before my item was delivered. Same excuse as given to others "item delayed at another warehouse". Personally I don't believe they had the item in stock when I ordered it as I was unable to access 24 hour delivery on it even though it is offered.

I was impressed by the price differences on item’s throughout the store, and by all the great reviews I’d seen about delivery etc. But when I placed an order in surprised to see my order was going to take over a week to arrive, I waited patiently for the date given, but when my items didn’t arrive on the date given i had to email to which i was replied to later the following day telling my item had now been despatched and would take another 4 days to arrive, so in total it has taken 2 weeks to arrive, don’t think I’ll recommend or use this store again.

I can't believe you have asked me to write a review! The delivery was abysmal it took over 4 weeks, I ended up purchasing another gift from Amazon as I needed it for a birthday present.

Delivery was very slow (over 2 weeks) and and I had to email to chase up.. When the item eventually arrived, it was bunged into an oversize box with no additional packaging meaning it was free to rattle about and, potentially, break. Not impressed and won’t be ordering again

I was disappointed when I accidentally ordered 2 copies of the same thing. I immediately emailed my error to Toy Street and then rang them within minutes. A lovely operative assured me she could alter the order and send a refund. A few days later the order arrived with the double order. Then an email with a refund form and a returns label, so I had to package it up and queue at the post office to send it back. I was annoyed. The parcel was returned successfully and I've received a refund. What a waste of money and resources having to send it back

Very disappointed that the “next day delivery” will arrive on Monday but not on Saturday as it was stated. The birthday present is missed.
