“I ordered something a long time ago that was in stock when I ordered it.. within a day of my order they put it on back order. Told me it would take some time which I was fine with. A year and a half later still waiting.. email them now and get crickets.. not impressed at all.”

“Absolutely delighted. Toy Street is so refreshing, the choice really seems to have some thought behind it. Rather than just towering shelves of identikit brands that main competitors offer, there is genuine choice. What I especially love is those unique meaningful toys aren't just shoved at the back, they are everywhere! I had never come across Magic Market, for example, popular in France apparently. I'm a bit green, I knew I didn't want to experience the big toy superstore, and honestly never heard of Toy Street. Actually googled it to see if it was legit! Took a punt, and there you have it, bought most of Christmas. Delivered prompt in good environmentally friendly packaging, very neat, perfect condition. Happy with choice, happy with website user experience, happy with checkout, happy with delivery, happy with price!”

“DO NOT order from this website if you want a decent delivery service. I am still waiting for my order 16 working days later when their website states the average is 2-3 working days. Shocking customer service too, avoid!”

“Awful! 1 month on and I'm still wait for my parcel. Like other reviews here I'm told it's coming from another warehouse and will be here soon. I suspect I'll miss Christmas now and so I'm having to go out and purchase alternative gifts. Do not use! Waste of time.”

“Absolutely terrible service. After several emails and 3 phone calls, left on hold for over 40 mins each time then cut off. Automated email reply stating coming from another warehouse. Granddaughters birthday been and gone. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE.”

“Garbage. Ordered £100+ worth of Gravitrax on 27 Nov, all items showing as "in stock" on the website with 3-5 day delivery. 7 days later I emailed for an update to be told "the items are coming from our other warehouse". After another 7 days I sent another email to be told "I've passed this to management and the items will be sent as soon as possible". I cancelled the order and took my money elsewhere. It's clear that the items weren't stocked and I wasn't given any idea of a delivery date. My advice to anyone reading this review is to take their money to a more established, professional retailer.”

“Order was made in early Novemeber but it never got delivered. Similar replies that the goods need to be transferred from other warehouse and management were aware of the situation. THAT IS BS! No confirmation on the delivery date, no tracking number, the phone number is never answered and the shop was not aligned with its address. I am looking for refund. To conclude, never return to this shop again. Lessons learnt on checking the reviews before purchase.”

“Placed an order on 23/11/23 - received an order confirmation and nothing since. Checked the site yesterday and product is showing stock. Tried to telephone but just a recorded message asking me to stay on the line - 1 hour waiting and still holding. Tried an email got a response saying they would try and respond in the next 72 hours. A waste of time I think.”

“Placed order on November 15th. Contacted company via email on November 20th, November 27th, and December 1st. It is now December 8th and I have not heard back from this company at all. Items have not been shipped yet. AVOID THIS COMPANY !!”

“I ordered items on the 30th November expecting them to arrive promptly, to only receive the email to say that they are due to be delivered at the start of January! DO NOT USE THIS SELLER, IT IS BETTER TO PAY MORE FOR THE ITEM WITH ANOTHER PROVIDER. They do not answer the phone either”

“Order still not received or marked as dispatched two weeks after ordering, with no communication about this. No reply from the phone number - waited on hold for almost half an hour then just cut off. No reply by email yet. Appalling customer service. I will never order from Toy Street again.”

“Support by email has been quick to respond but the hotline is awful. Make sure you need to put your phone on charge. No answer for half an hour. Delivery is expected within 2 days but excuse like the item is put in another warehouse.”

“22 days on and still no parcel! Support has been quick to respond but still no info on a tracker number or when my parcel will arrive. I have been told that my order is in another warehouse. This was over 2 weeks ago and still nothing. Wondering where this other warehouse is or if it actually exists.”
