Finding things and ordering was easy. Then the problem arose. Delivery, tracked, by Royal Mail. Email to let us know eta of delivery. Another email much earlier on the morning of the delivery date - we have delivered your parcel. Not to us they didn't. Called Toy Street, they query this as the item is flagged as delivered. As I said, not to us. Ok, need to query with Royal Mail. This has been in progress, or not, since 30th November. The parcel is still missing and I'm still waiting for a refund. Sadly not impressed.

I have returned an item over a week ago now and still not been given a refund. After messaging them last Thursday and not haven't a reply I won't be bothering with these again. I am now having to go through PayPal for a refund

I paid for next day delivery for an emergency case yesterday (dementia sufferer going into a care home: I wanted a soft toy dog that she looked like her beloved pet so she could feel more at home) and it hasn't come! Just got an email at 4pm today saying it shipped. Very disappointed as I paid extra for delivery.

I Ordered a Pokémon booster box 04/12 (over £100) I have had no conformation/delivery emails (though the money was taken from my account within minutes). I have sent 3 Direct messages, 2 emails, 1 contact us form and have been on hold to both 'Toy Street' and 'Zatu Games' for nearly 2 hours. I cannot re order this product from elsewhere as I cannot get a response for a refund and it will not be guaranteed before Christmas. Very poor customer services, this was a first time order based on reviews however I will not be ordering again and will be advising family and friends to avoid as well!

Placed a Large order online which had to be split into 6 orders as there were apparently no delivery options available. Paid for next day delivery on each of the orders too. Received email next day cancelling 5 of the 6 orders as there is apparently a limit on the number of items you can order (Nothing stated on the item listing before or after I purchased) and now conveniently the item has increased in price by 30%! Clearly a case that they realised they were cheap and didnt want to lose out on more money. Not only that but the 1 of 6 orders that has gone through, still hasnt even been confirmed as sent out to me, 3 days after purchase! i don't mind postal delays but it's not even been sent yet. Try to contact on Facebook and they don't manage the messages any more. try to contact on the phone and it says to contact Facebook. currently been on hold for 20 mins with the most annoying hold music ever known to man, whilst being constantly reminded to try and contact on Facebook....which they don't respond to. Customer service is an absolute joke.

Problem with payment process online, tried to by one product,charged for the same thing twice. Managed to cancel the order however when I tried to re order the same product the price went up by £10. Terrible don't use.

Thanks for the feedback. To give you an update, we emailed you on the 19th with a free returns label attached and will be happy to issue you with a full refund for your faulty item. If you send us proof of postage we won't need to wait for the item to arrive and will process your refund straight away.

The box was opened before and it looked like the item was an ex-display. Did not send back as it was a present for my child. Very disappointed and will not be using their services again!

Thanks for the feedback. Due to Covid our warehouse team are quarantining returns which is causing a delay to our returns process. If you can contact us with proof of postage then we'll be happy to process a refund straightway.

Paid for next day delivery and ordered in sufficient time. Received email stating my item was going to be delivered so we stayed indoors for the 4 hour delivery window and beyond with no sign of the item. My daughter was hugely disappointed. The following day I received another email with further delivery details - clearly an error. I have attempted to call the office number on various days and times only to receive a voice message saying it’s not opening hours even when it is. I would not recommend this company if delivery time, accurate information and customer service are important to you.

Thanks for the feedback. I'm very sorry to hear you did not receive the experience that you hoped for. According to your tracking it looks like your order was held up by Royal Mail and arrived a day late. In this situation we'd be happy to discuss refunding the next day delivery service. Dear Toy Street Staff, I ordered recently an ‘Owl Plush Toy’ from your webpage. The mailing address is in Madrid and I had no trouble while doing the online purchase. Nonetheless, it was supposed to be delivered today (November 5th) and it hasn’t arrived. Although, I did get the ‘review/survey’ email from your company. It made me wonder... is there any thing wrong with my order? Where is the owl? I would really appreciate if you could help me figure out what is happening. This is a present for my son. Thanks for the feedback and I'm sorry to hear you are not happy with our service. According to tracking your item was delivered on the 10th. Due to the global pandemic couriers are experiencing delays when shipping across Europe and I'm very sorry your order took a little longer than anticipated.

So disappointed! Ordered the Hippie Samba campervan expecting a purple one to come as that's what in the picture!! When a green one has arrived it's left me upset! Doesn't fit in with anything I have, so might even return it :( A purple one would have been perfect!
