“48 hour delivery Arrived after 2 weeks no reply’s to emails One item was the total wrong thing I ordered and one was OOS but was sending it within 3 days 5 days later still received nothing AND no reply to email AVOID THIS COMPANY They sent wrong items and no items Lost money on postage and waited in for days Waste of time”

“My order arrived DAMAGED!!!!!! The box is part of the experience and due to an entire lack of care in the packaging it arrived unusable. It should have been packed in another box as the silvertags box IS NOT THICK ENOUGH TO BE SENT INTERNATIONALLY. I spent nearly $50 Australian dollars to have this sent, it should have arrived in tact!!!!! How do I explain to my daughter on her birthday why her present is so beat up? It is extremely disappointing and in my opinion Toy Street should send me a new (unassembled) box to replace the one I received particularly given how much I paid for shipping.”

“Very helpful on the phone but ultimately hopeless. Ordered a child's toy. 3 weeks later in spite of calls the toy had not arrived. It was clear they were selling products they did not stock and had no indication of stock arrival dates. Cancelled order and will not use this company again”

“Absolutely apalling. Order never dispatched as not in stock despite the fact that the website said it was. No communication received to tell me this or advise of a delay. When I phoned to find out why I had not received my item, I was promised that myorder would be shipped the next day with upgraded postage and that I would receive it in time for an impending baby shower, but it never arrived. Again no communication received to advise of this. I phoned again today to discover that the order has still not been dispatched. I have given up and have cancelled the order completely now and requested a refund. I would give zero stars if I could.”

“the dispatch time on this order is unacceptable. 7/8 days after ordering you expect your parcel to be at your doorstep not a dispatch email. won’t order again from this site unless i had a spare 2 weeks to wait for it”

“Made a order before Christmas thay took my money waited for my grandchildren Christmas present. Only to be told after ringi g them two weeks after thsy were out of stock and thay would email me the following week if the product was in yet again no replie had to call again. A week before. Christmas only to be told that I would not re I've my goods for.chridtmzs and offered me my refund,,,,,, (thanks for that),, Never use them again disappointed grand children at. Christmas thay didn't give me any time to reorder from a different supplier due to no response took my money. If I hadn't called them I probably wouldn't of even got my money back ☹️All I got was sorry about that”
