“Ordered on 19th November for niece's birthday 7th December. Gifts not arrived, no shipping update and no response from customer service. Delivery supposed to be 2-4 days. Hopeless. Won't order from here again.”

“Purchased an item on the 1st December as it said it was in stock with a 48hr delivery service yet still not received any update or information regarding my item and why it hasn't arrived. Slightly frustrated and it has definitely put me off using this shop as there is a lack of update or communication to it's customers. We shall see if it arrives.”

“I placed an order a week ago, received automatic confirmation that the order was placed… and then… nothing!!! Radio Silence!!! I’ve sent them messages, tried to call them when supposedly open and it says their office is now closed. DO NOT Place an order - I am now going to go through my bank to get the cash back.”

“Made my first order with the company and it will be my last! It was over 3 weeks and my single item order was still not dispatched, so I requested a refund and to their credit it was refunded that same day. I checked and the item I ordered was back on their site but at over nearly 8 times the price I paid when I placed my order, so appears to me they purposely didn’t send my item, with the intention of selling it for more.”

“Price is great but the time it takes for them to dispatch your items is ridiculous. I’ve waited two weeks for my item to be dispatched so I’ve messaged them and they have said it could take another 4 days. This item was a birthday present ordered with plenty of time and now it will be late. Which is frustrating. I wouldn’t recommend them if you need something in a reasonable time.”

“Ordered on the 5th Nov and I contacted them on the 13th & 20th nov to see were my item is. Phoned the customer service on the 22nd November and apparently they no longer have it in stock and they gave me a refund. All it takes is a simple email to explain the situation, instead of it lingering on for 17 days. The prices are great but the service is shocking.”

“Ordered an item on the basis that they quoted 2-4 day delivery. A week later, nothing received. Contacted them to be told they are busy due to Christmas (it was early November) and they would escalate it to their warehouse. Another week later still nothing from then so I contacted them again to be told they would upgrade me to next day delivery. I asked if that meant they had dispatched the item to be told that they hadn’t received it from their supplier. At no point was I advised of this when I placed the order or contacted by them unless I complained. Awful service. Do not use if you want a delivery for Christmas as they can’t cope with their workload at the beginning of November!!!”
