“Absolute joke of a company! Been over A week waiting for a delivery only to be told 4 of 5 items are out of stock! Website at the time of ordering didn’t show this! Been lied to by 4 different staff members on delivery dates. Avoid at all costs!! Stick to Smyths and Hamleys.”

“48 hour delivery Arrived after 2 weeks no reply’s to emails One item was the total wrong thing I ordered and one was OOS but was sending it within 3 days 5 days later still received nothing AND no reply to email AVOID THIS COMPANY They sent wrong items and no items Lost money on postage and waited in for days Waste of time”

“My order arrived DAMAGED!!!!!! The box is part of the experience and due to an entire lack of care in the packaging it arrived unusable. It should have been packed in another box as the silvertags box IS NOT THICK ENOUGH TO BE SENT INTERNATIONALLY. I spent nearly $50 Australian dollars to have this sent, it should have arrived in tact!!!!! How do I explain to my daughter on her birthday why her present is so beat up? It is extremely disappointing and in my opinion Toy Street should send me a new (unassembled) box to replace the one I received particularly given how much I paid for shipping.”

“Very helpful on the phone but ultimately hopeless. Ordered a child's toy. 3 weeks later in spite of calls the toy had not arrived. It was clear they were selling products they did not stock and had no indication of stock arrival dates. Cancelled order and will not use this company again”

“Absolutely apalling. Order never dispatched as not in stock despite the fact that the website said it was. No communication received to tell me this or advise of a delay. When I phoned to find out why I had not received my item, I was promised that myorder would be shipped the next day with upgraded postage and that I would receive it in time for an impending baby shower, but it never arrived. Again no communication received to advise of this. I phoned again today to discover that the order has still not been dispatched. I have given up and have cancelled the order completely now and requested a refund. I would give zero stars if I could.”
