“Ordered a spider man scooter for little boys birthday it said would be here so waited till delivery date, still no sign so rang them up and they said they didn’t have it in stock and was waiting for it to come into stock. Shouldn’t of taken the money or order if it wasn’t in stock, I didn’t get no email keeping me informed. One very upset little boy on his birthday”

“I have had no updates after placing the order about 7 to 8 days back and even paying for tracked delivery I understand the current situation and happy to wait longer if needed but atleast have the courtesy to respond to emails or send some comms about delivery or delays . Really poor”

“Made an order for 2 items paid for both as told me they were in stock. Paid next day delivery as they were for my child’s birthday but had to get in touch with them 3 weeks later to see why I still hadn’t received my order to be told one item was out Of stock.”

“Is this a joke? I ordered the aqua dragons deluxe (sea monkey set) and got given 'A white christmas jigsaw puzzle' and no returns slip to send it back and either get my money back or the right thing I ordered!!!”

“The project we bought needed to be built. The parts had chips in it and stickers on it that peeled the pattern off the toy when built. Can't even work out how to contact this company to complain!!!@”

“I paid for 48hr delivery when the delivery didn’t arrive on the expected day I rang customer services and was told it was still being picked from the warehouse .! After I said it wasn’t good enough he said he would upgrade delivery for next day delivery. It never arrived! It was despatched 2 days later with a Delivery date of 15th August I had placed the order on the 4th!! You refunded me the £6 and had an email saying they were trying to get in touch with DHL and that they would contact me again with an update but I never received another email! My granddaughter received her birthday present 4 days late.. A very poor service and wouldn’t recommend anyone to use you”

“Don’t bother! Delivery dates missed, items damaged and absolutely no customer service! They don’t respond to emails or answer the phone. No apologies and no refunds.Look at all the negative reviews, they all say the same thing and are correct.”

“Absolutely no communication regarding my order. When I chased Toystreet they informed me that one of the items was out of stock but they would despatch the rest of the order. I then cancelled the order as I did not wish to pay full delivery for a partial order that was already late! However, they despatched it anyway. The customer service is abysmal.”
