“Delivered over a week after the estimated date. Also, I have been trying to get a refund for some of the products, but ignored by the company. May need to go via bank and open dispute for the refund. Company not to be trusted.”

Delivery dates provided at checkout are estimated timeframes, and while we always aim to meet these, they are not guaranteed unless a 24-hour delivery service is selected. “Really speedy delivery, though paid the extra for Next Day. Nicely packaged. Main thing is it was a gift to someone's baby daughter, and she sent me a photo of her clutching the Flopsie Beagle. Clearly a winner!”

“I had a great experience ordering from Toy Street (UK). Even though I’m in the United States, my daughter’s toy arrived within a week, which was much faster than I expected. They provided regular updates about shipping, and everything arrived in perfect condition. I would definitely order from them again!””
