“Kudos for fast delivery/dispatch! I received an item that I did not order because they had an error with the listing and do not stock the item I ordered despite it being an option to purchase. I have no use for the item I received and will gift it to someone. The situation was not resolved to my satisfaction 🍅🍅🍅”

“I'm blown away! Great deals on ponies I couldn't find in my own country, I was a bit sceptical of their claim of 7 day postage, but it got from the UK to NZ in exactly seven days; blown away! I'd been a bit nervous to order, but absolutely worth it. Thank you, Toy Street, I WILL be back for more ☺️”

“Toy Street are fine but the item we purchased for our 8 year old grandson was a challenge - he would not have successfully pressed out the pieces for the 'Flying Scotsman' 3D model and certainly would not have worked out how to correctly assemble the 164 pieces, the age "8+" is not a good guide. He loves trains and buliding all sorts of kits but his mum and 2 grandparents took 3 hours to go through the instructions and assemble the pieces to a successful 3D model - picture attached”
