We can confirm that your order was placed on the 6th and dispatched on the 7th, so it was sent out by our team within the expected timeframe. Since then, the parcel has been with Royal Mail, and we can see that the tracking is actively updating. Delays have unfortunately occurred due to the Easter bank holiday weekend, during which courier services do not operate as normal. This can impact delivery times, but is outside of our control once the parcel has been handed over. I’m currently waiting for a callback from customer service after a disappointing delivery experience. I paid for next-day delivery, but my order ended up taking an entire week. I placed the order while on a staycation, assuming next-day delivery wouldn’t be an issue — or even delivery within five days. Unfortunately, it never arrived on time, and by the time it was finally delivered, I had already left the staycation. Customer service mentioned they would reroute the parcel to my location, but this didn’t resolve the issue. Overall, very frustrating and not what I expected from the service Hoping for a refund!

However, the subsequent delay occurred within the courier network and was impacted by the Easter bank holiday period, which is unfortunately outside of our control. The product I purchased is one that I like and have seen before. The delivery service through ParcelForce/Royal Mail is atrocious though. They are confused, do not record instructions correctly, not service oriented. We have been given the runaround about where the parcel is and when it will come… you really must select a different delivery partner. This is unacceptable. I am lucky the toy is for a birthday in May, so we have time to chase this down. But it is taking far too much time and energy (and even gasoline given they offered to send it to a depot an hours drive away - mind-boggling quite honestly).

Very, very slow delivery. Nothing like I was shown at placing the order. Customer service wasnt too friendly either just full of excuses. I dont expect to win the voucher with this review

The timeframes shown at checkout are estimates and can be subject to external factors, as explained by our customer service team. While transfers from our external sites do not typically take long, there can occasionally be delays outside of our control. Looking into your orders, we can see that you placed two separate orders, with estimated delivery dates of 27th March and 2nd April. Both orders were delivered on 2nd April, which is within the overall timeframe provided, although we do acknowledge that one of the orders was slightly delayed and we do apologise for this. My grandson love this pirate tunnel And train. It's so cute. The only problem I had, is that one of the metal fasteners on a wheel of one of the train cars is damaged and has sharp edges and we can't let him play with this car.
