“Ordered toys that stated in stock and available for delivery, selected and paid a premium for next day delivery only to then be told that some of the products were not available, and hence none of the order will be dispatched. No further contact for a week until I eventually had to cancel half the order to then allow the remaining order to be shipped. Terrible communication and service.”

We contacted you the day after the order was placed to advise that some of the items were unavailable and to explain the situation. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response to that message, so the order remained on hold awaiting your instructions. When you contacted us again on 29th August and asked to cancel the unavailable items, we were then able to proceed with the remainder of the order. “Fantastic toy store with a great selection of NeeDohs, including some that have been really hard to find elsewhere. I was so pleased they were able to fulfil my order, and everything arrived exactly as expected. The items were very well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. It was a really smooth shopping experience, and I’ll definitely be ordering from them again. Highly recommended!”

“Very impressed with the service from Toy Street. I ordered a little keepsake for a poorly friend of mine. Order was dispatched the day after ordering. Delivered no problem to my friend direct and the price could not be beaten anywhere on the Web. What more could I possibly ask for.
