Placed an order on 23/11/23 - received an order confirmation and nothing since. Checked the site yesterday and product is showing stock. Tried to telephone but just a recorded message asking me to stay on the line - 1 hour waiting and still holding. Tried an email got a response saying they would try and respond in the next 72 hours. A waste of time I think.
