Garbage. Ordered £100+ worth of Gravitrax on 27 Nov, all items showing as "in stock" on the website with 3-5 day delivery. 7 days later I emailed for an update to be told "the items are coming from our other warehouse". After another 7 days I sent another email to be told "I've passed this to management and the items will be sent as soon as possible". I cancelled the order and took my money elsewhere. It's clear that the items weren't stocked and I wasn't given any idea of a delivery date. My advice to anyone reading this review is to take their money to a more established, professional retailer.
