“A bit disappointed with the delivery time. Ordered 3 plush cats on 5th December for my daughters who recently lost a pet, with delivery stated as 48 hours. It was a full week later before I even had a follow-up email to say that the items had been despatched. When you pay for a 48 hour courier, that's what you should get.”

“Ordered a few things from these guys over the last few months. Everything always arrives on time, we'll packaged and just as expected. There's obviously good care taken to collectibles and other items as nothing ever arrives scuffed, like you sometimes get with other places.”

“I was so thrilled with how quick my daughters toy took to arrive. It was her present from Santa and as she is 10 it will probably be the last Christmas that she believes. She loves her Highland Cow Squishmallow. It was sold out so many places and your company had it in stock. A very satisfied customer.”

“I placed an order on 9th November and started chasing it a week later. I eventually received all but one of the toys over a month later after emailing weekly. The final toy has still not been received (28th December) and I have now asked for a refund. Although the customer service team responded to my emails in a timely manner it was me that had to keep chasing the order. If I hadn’t asked them to send me the items they did have I wonder if I would have still been waiting for all the toys!”

“Absolutely ridiculous ordered a item for my child on the 2nd of December for Christmas on the 20th of December the company said via email they can’t guarantee it will arrive for Christmas absolutely disgusting will never ever buy one item from here ever again or recommend anyone to buy anything from here”
