Product was fine. Awful customer service. I paid for 48 hour delivery, a week later there was still no sign of the product. I emailed querying, as I needed the product as a present. Got no reply. Item arrived eventually, after the birthday. I then emailed requesting at least a refund on the postage, as I had to purchase a whole new gift, but have heard nothing. I tried to rectify with the company prior to writing a bad review, but have heard nothing so I am left with no option. Don't use this company, not worth the hassle!

Ordered a specific design of an item as a gift for my daughter that she had picked especially, a Sky Brown Tech Deck. Was instead sent a completely random design that just said SK8 MAFIA as the design. Wasn't worth the hassle of returning.

We ordered a scooter for my daughter's birthday over a week in advance and despite the website stating boldly at the top that next day delivery was available, after 6 days we still hadn't had dispatch info or delivery details. When I called up we were then informed that there were warehouse delays. As much as I understand that delays can happen, I'm not satisfied that we had to chase to be informed of these delays. No next day delivery was offered meaning my daughter isn't going to get her requested scooter in time, with nowhere else online now offering next day delivery. Sorely disappointed that an email couldn't have been sent updating us of the delay which would have allowed us to shop elsewhere.

I ordered what we thought was a blue xxxl mesh ball for my SON, we waited over 2 weeks for it to be delivered. Upon being delivered my son opened the box to find a pink mesh ball, there is nowhere on your website that states what colour it will be or give you a choice of colours. Needless to say I have a crying child now as he paid with his pocket money for a blue mesh ball but received a pink one after 2 weeks I have emailed your customer service previous to delivery but no response Not happy at all

Atrocious customer service! Cancelled an order over 2 weeks ago and still not had my money refunded. 3-5 days it says on the website! Never going to shop here again.

Absolutely rubbish. Don’t believe the next day delivery line on their website this is a lie. I placed my order and it said 3-5 days which I was ok about, but over 2 weeks later they still hadn’t received the stock. Numerous phone calls and they refused to send out the item they had in stock without the one they were waiting for. They didn’t care there was a huge delay and just said I had to wait. Cue an upset child who didn’t have a birthday present! Terrible service would never use again

Ordered a gift for my partner, the website said they were in stock. I waited and they did not arrive. I called up and found out from the staff member I spoke to that the items were on back order. I asked them to cancel, they agreed and said they would so, then send me an email to confirm. I never received an email and forgot about this. I get a notification saying my items have shipped. I call up customer service and they tell me there is no record of my conversation, they're happy to refund me but I have to pay a £5 "restocking fee". Shocking service, avoid.

ordered a birthday present for my niece end of january , I received wrong item contacted them to make the return and receive the one that i ordered , they claimed that they didn’t received the return which i’ve got a tracking number that shows has been delivered to them, contacted several times and still no item or refund

I placed an order November 29th, they said they mailed it the next day and I finally got it today, February 4th lol. In the meantime they promised a refund if it didn’t get delivered by the end of December and then refused to refund me when the time came. We had already purchased the same item with another vendor since it was supposed to be a Christmas present. Bad customer service and won’t do refunds. Now I have two of the same thing and only need the one.

After finding a blue kids guitar on Toy Street website I was so happy. It was just what our little grandson wanted for Christmas. The price was good, it was in stock. Due to be delivered within 5days. Great...so I thought. Christmas came and went, still no guitar! We had to make do with a cheaper one from Amazon, so not to disappoint our grandson, which arrived in 2 days! Not had any correspondence from Toy Street during this time, I couldn't get through to any member of staff. Eventually it arrived three weeks after Christmas. It's unopened, unwanted! Wouldn't use this company again, too unreliable for sure.

Terrible company! Advertises a product as being in stock, allows me to order item, dosen’t bother to let me know that the item ISN’T actually in stock until I emailed them about it. So I tell them to cancel my order and refund my payment, which they say they have done via PayPal, but I have NOT been refunded! Have emailed again asking what’s going on and to please refund my money, only to be ignored!. By far the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to have to deal with! AVOID!!!!!

I bought from this site the gift for my son. The price good but the shipping expensive, 1/3 of the total, almost 15 euros. Delivery time for Italy 3-5 days. I ask by email confirmation of delivery for January 6th. On 28/12/22 they answer that they would ship the next day, so purchase. On 29/12/22 I get the email with the tracking code but only on 31/12/22 the package is delivered to the courier. They told me let's ship on 29/12/22. From 31/12/22 the tracking reports "leaving Great Britain". On January 3, he gives it again "out of Great Britain". I ask for assistance via email and confirmation of the shipment of 29/12/22 and delivery for 06/01/23. They answer me evasively that they have sent and it must arrive. I try again the next day, same answer. In the meantime I had to spend 40 euros for another gift, and we are almost 90. They don't realize the trouble they make. They are liars, irresponsible, untrustworthy and unserious. Surely after my review they will say in a subtle way that the fault is first of the warehousemen, then of the royal mail, of the Italian post office, of customs, of parties etc The reality is that 8 days have passed, when only 5 days were enough, I have not yet received anything, not even assistance I will be happy tomorrow to receive the package and edit my review but I don't believe it
