I ordered a child's toy on the 18th April and it wasn't even dispatched until 1st of May, I got no communication to say it was going to be late and no reply when I emailed and complained that I hadn't recieved my item 16 days after ordering! I won't be ordering again.

I'm very sorry to hear about the delays you experienced with your order; we aim to despatch all orders promptly, and I apologise that we were unable to do so on this occasion. I can see that you emailed us on 04/05/2022 regarding your order being late, and a reply was sent on 05/05/2022 informing you that we would chase Royal Mail on your behalf to get you your order as soon as possible. Tracking suggests this was delivered, however, I apologise once again for the extensive delays faced with this order. We will investigate with our warehouse team, and our courier, so as to prevent similar issues from affecting our customers in the future. Ordered an item on 6/5 and paid for next day delivery. No sign of my purchase. Contacted toy street on 11/5 and was told I shouldn’t have had the option of next day del but my item would be in on 12/5 and posted 12 or 13/5. Chased my item a number of times on 12/13 and despite being told they had it, eventually on 13/5 at 4.45 was told they didn’t have it. Cancelled order and was told I’d get a refund. Haven’t heard anything! Emailed toy street, no response. Stressful waste of time as birthday missed! Hopefully they will respond to this review.

Different item/ colour variant arrived to what has been ordered or to what has shown at the photo on the website, as a results of that I've had crying little daughter at the airport, it was a present to give at the airport arrival. Can't be bothered to return. Will not use again or recommend to others.

This was the 2nd time I had ordered from this site & I must say I was so disappointed from start to finish!. I ordered 4 items & received an email on the 3rd saying my order was being processed. I sent an email asking for an update after 10days. They sent another email saying sorry for the delay will be with you shortly , have upgraded your delivery . Waited another 5 days no items. Sent another email , received the same email again , on its way. Phoned on the 22nd and was told its been dispatched that day. I thought perfect! I received the items next day, only 3 items, 1 missing. I had to email again & explain the situation and ask for a refund. I was so annoyed as I had bought them as part of my Grandaughters birthday or I would of cancelled the order. Waiting 3 weeks and still not all the order dispatched!. I ordered items from China and they even arrived before this order. Unfortunately will not be buying again.......

I bought 2 fuzzy felt kits and said in the comments they are for boy/girl twins and I got 2 identical girly kits. Also the fuzzy felt itself isn't worth the money.

I have paid, paid the extra cash from the sending fee and I have never received my package. I have called, sent email, no answer. I am going to be more aggressive, I have no other choice & I am highly disappointed.

Ordered on 19th November for niece's birthday 7th December. Gifts not arrived, no shipping update and no response from customer service. Delivery supposed to be 2-4 days. Hopeless. Won't order from here again.

Purchased an item on the 1st December as it said it was in stock with a 48hr delivery service yet still not received any update or information regarding my item and why it hasn't arrived. Slightly frustrated and it has definitely put me off using this shop as there is a lack of update or communication to it's customers. We shall see if it arrives.
