I placed an order on the 4/10/23 I still haven’t received my parcel. I have emailed 4 times about this and still haven’t had a reply, I also spoke to someone on the phone who assured me my parcel was being despatched soon, I am still waiting and order still being processed I don’t know what to do next, I need my parcel it’s for my grandsons birthday! I have actually just managed to get through and spoken to someone who did not apologise for the delay I actually asked for an apology!! Do not buy from this company they don’t care about their customers.

Very poor service. Order did not arrive, and when I phoned to chase, I was told they didn’t have it in stock in the first place.

I placed a order 2nd october it still saying processing and the item is now out of stock have emailed and have received nothing back

I placed an order on Sunday, it’s now Friday and it’s not even been dispatched. I’ve emailed direct and got nothing back. I’m unsure this is even a legit sight because how can something say delivered in 2/3 working days and it not even been dispatched after 5 days. I’ve not had a email, text, even got any tracking code to follow. This is not acceptable when I’ve spent a lot of money.

Awful service, it has been nearly a month since l ordered a My Little Pony, which was meant to be delivered in 3 working days! No communication from the company to alert me of any delays, l have had to send multiple messages to get any information. Now awaiting a manager to get contact me. Won't be using this company again. Avoid!

Shocking, the item arrived without the makaton cards or the shining star badge. I have contacted them on their online chat and was told I would get a response within one to 2 working days. I emailed and still haven’t had a response either.

Still waiting for an item that is a gift that I ordered on the 15th sept!! Party has been and gone and I’m still sat at processing with customer services just telling me it will be dispatched as soon as they can!!

Awful customer services and poor dispatch times Ordered item Weds 9pm and checkout specified dispatch next day (Thu). Paid for 24 hour delivery since we needed items Saturday, and checkout confirmed items would arrive Friday. Great. However, the order was not dispatched until Monday, so we received it on Tues. I requested a refund of postage and was refunded £1, the difference between 24 and 48 hour delivery. If I'd wanted 48 hour delivery I would have selected that (and would have received it Saturday, not Tuesday). I sent two further emails to Toy Street customer services over the following two weeks and was systematically ignored. We had a disappointed child and a last minute trip to the shops to get a substitute as considerable time and cost inconvenience.

Tried to place a small order and after entering ALL details it came up with ‘ capture token missing. There was NO I am not a robot to tick and no other type of Capture to complete that I could find.

Placed an order for a book about 3 and a half weeks ago. The book arrived with a damaged corner. I have tried countless times to reach customer service and had no response. Would not reccomend this company and would never use them again.
