I had a truly awful experience with this business. I ordered an item a week in advance for a specific event, but it wasn't even dispatched by the time I needed it. When I called to find out what happened, they apologised and promised next-day dispatch. However, they failed to meet that second deadline as well. By the time the order finally arrived, the party was over, and the item was no longer needed. The service went from poor to disgraceful when I tried to resolve the issue: Unfair Charges: Despite the delay being entirely their fault, they insisted on charging me for return postage. Unprofessional Conduct: I spoke to two members of staff who were openly mocking me while I was on the line. Avoidance: Rather than helping, they simply "regurgitated" terms and conditions, and one staff member even hung up on me. This is a sham of a business with zero regard for customer service or basic professional decency. Save yourself the time and the headache—shop elsewhere

Hi there, We’ve reviewed the call recordings and your order, and we do not agree with the claims made in your review. At no point were you mocked by our staff, and the conversation clearly shows our team repeatedly explaining that delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees, as stated in our delivery terms. Your order was also delayed due to the Easter bank holiday period. This is clearly outlined in our FAQs that during busy holiday periods there may be delays in dispatching and this is outside of our control once dispatch has taken place. Only next-day services carry guaranteed delivery windows, all other options are subject to standard estimated timeframes. Your order was upgraded to a next day service for the inconvenience on the 10th of April and was dispatched the same day and delivered on the 11th of April as expected, as such we did not fail to meet this deadline as per your statement. We also do not accept abuse towards staff. Where calls become aggressive or abusive, we will end them in line with our internal policy, as such our team member acted in accordance with our zero-tolerance policy. Finally, as there is no fault with the product, this return is classed as unwanted, and return postage is the customer’s responsibility under our terms and conditions. My first purchase from Toy Street and will probably order again. The pros… they were cheaper than all other stores including Amazon and they sold items that you just can’t seem to find in many other places. A big win! The downside though was that delivery took ages (exceeding their estimated arrival date) and they don’t communicate with you to let you know. The jigsaw I ordered arrived after a few weeks and it was excellently packaged and perfect! If you are not in a rush and don’t mind waiting then I would recommend Toy Street.

I was honestly surprised by Toy Street. They were able to deliver the game I ordered all the way from London to Salt Lake City, Utah, without issue. Shipping was timely and reasonable. The only concern that I have is that the box showed up practically destroyed. There were multiple holes in the box, and the tape had torn in a couple of places. When I opened the box there was probably 4 inches of space on every side of the board game, and a small packing paper that had been inserted which was not even close to enough to carefully insulate the board game from damage. I consider it a miracle that the game showed up in perfect condition given how bad the box was. Either Toy Street has some sort of magic going on, or I just got lucky. It makes me hesitate to order from them again, but it was a great price for a great game and it got to me in perfect condition despite the outer condition of the external box. So, what am I to say? I will simply say, “thank you.“

I’m currently waiting for a callback from customer service after a disappointing delivery experience. I paid for next-day delivery, but my order ended up taking an entire week. I placed the order while on a staycation, assuming next-day delivery wouldn’t be an issue — or even delivery within five days. Unfortunately, it never arrived on time, and by the time it was finally delivered, I had already left the staycation. Customer service mentioned they would reroute the parcel to my location, but this didn’t resolve the issue. Overall, very frustrating and not what I expected from the service Hoping for a refund!

The product I purchased is one that I like and have seen before. The delivery service through ParcelForce/Royal Mail is atrocious though. They are confused, do not record instructions correctly, not service oriented. We have been given the runaround about where the parcel is and when it will come… you really must select a different delivery partner. This is unacceptable. I am lucky the toy is for a birthday in May, so we have time to chase this down. But it is taking far too much time and energy (and even gasoline given they offered to send it to a depot an hours drive away - mind-boggling quite honestly).

Very, very slow delivery. Nothing like I was shown at placing the order. Customer service wasnt too friendly either just full of excuses. I dont expect to win the voucher with this review

My grandson love this pirate tunnel And train. It's so cute. The only problem I had, is that one of the metal fasteners on a wheel of one of the train cars is damaged and has sharp edges and we can't let him play with this car.
