“We ordered the UK version of the advent calendar Tonie in the US, and though we can't listen to it until December 1, that's just how it's made, it was in great condition, and no damage to the packaging at all, and it got here quickly. I was very surprised. I'm blind, and the site is really easy to navigate.”

“I love my cow plush. I bought from toy street since they were the cheapest provider and it was sent out really quickly, and in an easy to open package and perfectly. Super convenient would highly recommend. The delivery is very fairly priced for 2 day delivery as well, genuinely feel like they are trying to give you the best deal. It was sold for 12.75 here but 20 in other stores. Thank you very much.”

“I ordered an item for my son’s second birthday with next day delivery purchased. I didn’t receive the item next day- it’s been over 10 days and I’m still waiting. I’ve asked for confirmation to when I will receive the item and a refund of the postage’s costs and Toy Street have given me a partial postage refund and cannot confirm when I will receive my order.”

We can confirm that your order was placed on the 11th and dispatched the same day on a next day service, so it was sent out within the expected timeframe from our side. Unfortunately, the delay has occurred with the courier after collection, which is outside of our control.
