“I would have given 5 stars as the item fine and arrived quickly but the packaging was poor . Came in a reused cardboard box that was soggy from rain and the palm pal wasn’t in plastic to protect it . Luckily wasn’t damaged inside”

We completely understand how frustrating it is when a parcel does not arrive as expected. We apologise for the delay with the courier and appreciate that waiting for updates can be disappointing. As advised, we raised the issue with the courier in order to investigate what has happened to the parcel. While we understand that you were looking for an immediate alternative resolution, we do reserve the right to complete an investigation with the courier before taking further action, as this gives us the best chance of locating the parcel and getting the order to you. We had advised that the courier can take up to 5 days to get back to us, to which you responded to the same day requesting a resolution. “I’m very happy with everything, there is a mild delay on shipping but I communicated with customer service who contacted me straight back and resolved that. Everything was great, the delivery came on time after that the item was perfect, great price and I’m very happy with everything, thank you.”

“Toy street !! sent the new order within the hours ready for next day Delivery, however after the next day delivery never turned up , I contacted toy street , Who looked into this matter for me, on the delivery website it said it is still in process' but the message has stayed in same place all week. All week I have waited and waited for this delivery as this was for my granddaughter 4th birthday Present, I asked if toy street would post out another present to replace the one that never got delivered, and toy street said no, even through customer care has been in touch by email , I have to wait another 5 days just incase the other one gets delivered. It would have been quicker to just order a new birthday present, but then she would have got 2 gifts the same. So I have to wait until the end of next week . So until this is resolved I want be recommending toy street to a friend .as they are waiting for the end Result.”

We completely understand how frustrating this situation has been. We can see that your order was dispatched promptly and handed over to the courier in time for the selected next day delivery service. Unfortunately, the parcel then encountered a delay within the courier's network, and we appreciate how frustrating it is to see tracking remain unchanged for an extended period. When a parcel appears delayed or potentially lost, we are required to follow the courier's investigation process before issuing a replacement or refund. While we appreciate that sending a replacement immediately may seem like the simplest solution, doing so before the investigation is complete could result in duplicate deliveries if the original parcel resumes movement and arrives. We understand that this doesn't change the fact that your granddaughter's birthday was affected, and for that we are genuinely sorry.
