A disaster. I ordered a knitting set for my grandaughter's Birthday and was given a 3 to 4 day delivery date. When it hadn't arrived after 7 days I contacted them and got told that the delivery date was wrong and I would be upgraded to over night delivery. It still didn't arrive and I contacted them again to be told my order hadn't been sent for dispatch and it would be another 4 days or so before I recieved it and there was nothing else they could do. !!

I've been waiting on my order since August 8th, 2024. I got some responses in the beginning of last year and knew last year why it was late. "The Everdell SLeeves". I'm normally not a person who put someone one public display but I feel like I have to right now. Almost two years to restock those sleeves, I can't believe it myself, it is far too long, don't you think?. I also tried reaching out to customer services but the passed months they are just ignoring me, not even responding to my questions anymore that isn't even related to my order. Where are those sleeves? Why is it so hard to restock them when it takes other stores maybe a week? Even ordering from a kickstarter takes less time. I can understand when i back order stuff I need to wait awhile, but 2 months to wait (what is mentioned for a backorder) is an awfully less time than 2 years. Restock the Everdell Sleeves PLeAsE. I ordered from here because the prices were so good. But I will have to rethink in the future. I still have hope that I someday will get my order, I really hope sooner than later though. Charley

During that conversation, we also offered to split your order free of charge, so that any in-stock items could be dispatched to you straight away while we awaited the restock of the Everdell sleeves. We did not receive a reply from this email. We understand your concerns regarding the delay in restocking. Unfortunately, we are not able to restock items at will, as we rely on suppliers and manufacturers to produce and distribute stock to us. While backorder items typically take 2–3 months to return, this can sometimes take longer, as outlined in our backorder notice and FAQs. Great experience, used once only for a metal ride on car. The price was very competitive and next day delivery was just under ÂŁ5. The packaging was great too and very pleased with the item. Will be using these guys again.

Great company. Unfortunately my daughter lost her favourite cuddly toy and we had to replace it. The bunny looks the same as on the picture. The delivery time was quick. My daughter was very delighted to have her toy again.
