“The service was exceptional, had problems with the courier, toy street are in the process of sending a replacement, can't give 5 stars, as replacement hasn't arrived yet, if it had, it would of been 5 stars”

“Just ordered from Toy Street and honestly I can’t fault them. They have split my order into two as I’m waiting on one soft toy but shipped part of my order so fast and I wasn’t disappointed. I ordered the Large Keeleco gorilla and he is gorgeous!”

“Delighted with our soft toy chicken - I was worried he’d get a bit squashed in the post but he’s perfect, he’s well made and so didn’t get bent out of shape - nicely designed with plenty of character and my son loves him!”

We can confirm that your item was dispatched in time to arrive within the estimated delivery window provided. Unfortunately, once a parcel is with the courier, delays can occasionally occur that are outside of our control, as we are not the delivery provider ourselves. We would also note that the only correspondence we received regarding this issue was sent at the same time this review was posted and outside of our working hours, which unfortunately did not give our team an opportunity to investigate or assist before this review was left. “Super fast delivery and great price. My daughter adores her deer warmie - she uses it as a weighted de-stress cuddly and we pop it in the microwave to use as a warmie when she is feeling groggy. It is extremely sweet and great quality.”
