“Item arrived in good condition. But, item was delayed, with an estimated delivery window of four days, minimum of one week after the order was placed. I emailed the day after the estimated delivery window to ask about the whereabouts of the package. I then receive an automated email the next day to tell me that it had finally been posted. No actual response to my email, or any explanation for the delay. Poor communication and poor delivery times. Item was fine.”

“Very disappointed. Ordered something never arrived by promised arrival date BECAUSE IT HADN'T BEEN SHIPPED!!! I was not informed! I had to chase the order, hey was told it hadn't been shipped. In the end got it a month later.”

We understand how disappointing it is when an order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, particularly when you were not proactively informed of a delay. While the dates provided at checkout are delivery estimates rather than guaranteed dates, we always aim to match these as closely as possible and we’re sorry that on this occasion we fell short. “I had a great experience ordering from Toy Street (UK). Even though I’m in the United States, my daughter’s toy arrived within a week, which was much faster than I expected. They provided regular updates about shipping, and everything arrived in perfect condition. I would definitely order from them again!””
