“Being a bit of a novice in regard to The Sylvanian Family toy line, the items that I purchased aren't for collector purposes like a lot of this line is purchased for. It's purely for my niece. Seeing her eye's light up the last time i gave her a set for her birthday was a pure piece of nostalgia you feel as a kid. The two sets I brought from you are for Christmas and I know she's going to absolutely love them. Normally i'd do all my shopping for these items over at the evil Amazon store (booooooo! hissssssss!) but, instead i thought id do a little bit of Googling first. Sylvanian Family sets aren't cheap! but i'm an uncle who only has one niece so it's nice to be able to spoil her when I can. Your store came out the best price for both items at the time. I know to come to you folks first for any future toy purchases and not just default over to Amazon (boooo! hissssss!)”

“Sent me the incorrect item. When I wrote to them to ask them to deal with it, they gave me a freepost address to send the item back to and said they would 'try' to send the correct item once they had received the return. This would have meant having to wait much longer in the hope that they would find the correct item. So I had to go out of my way to take the item back to the post office to send it back. In the end I asked for a full refund rather than wait for the possibility of getting the correct item sent, which I still haven't received. I also think it's unacceptable that I won't receive my postage fee back considering that it's Toy Street's fault that I received the incorrect item in the first place. I won't bother with them again.”
