“Very disappointed. Ordered something never arrived by promised arrival date BECAUSE IT HADN'T BEEN SHIPPED!!! I was not informed! I had to chase the order, hey was told it hadn't been shipped. In the end got it a month later.”

This is absolutely not the level of service we aim to provide at Toystreet. We understand how disappointing it is when an order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, particularly when you were not proactively informed of a delay. While the dates provided at checkout are delivery estimates rather than guaranteed dates, we always aim to match these as closely as possible and we’re sorry that on this occasion we fell short. We also appreciate how frustrating it must have been to discover the item had not yet been shipped when you contacted us, and we apologise for the lack of communication and the extended wait you experienced. Our records show that your estimated delivery dates were between the 5th and 10th of February and this was delivered on the 19th of February. “Delivered over a week after the estimated date. Also, I have been trying to get a refund for some of the products, but ignored by the company. May need to go via bank and open dispute for the refund. Company not to be trusted.”

“Really speedy delivery, though paid the extra for Next Day. Nicely packaged. Main thing is it was a gift to someone's baby daughter, and she sent me a photo of her clutching the Flopsie Beagle. Clearly a winner!”

“I had a great experience ordering from Toy Street (UK). Even though I’m in the United States, my daughter’s toy arrived within a week, which was much faster than I expected. They provided regular updates about shipping, and everything arrived in perfect condition. I would definitely order from them again!””
