Tower guarantee not worth the paper it is written - first of all they insisted that faulty part was a 'spare' part and then that airfryer had not been used in accordance with handbook. Just look at the last views reviews - similar complaints on quality and customer service. AVOID....

We bought a 7 piece pan set with a ten year guarantee. After owning for five years, the handle has fallen off one of the saucepans. Upon inspection, the aluminium has oxidised and the screw has rusted through. The other pans are suffering from the same problem so now deemed not safe to use, Fortunately no one was hurt. All the pans have developed pitting in the non-stick coating. I spoke with the so called “customer service” advisor, who gave a stock answer that the fault would have occurred in the first twelve months if it was a manufacturing fault. So we have to pay for an independent assessor to verify that by washing the pans, this has caused the metal to rot. If I could leave a minus figure for the customer service agent then I would. Legal advice in the new year!

I bought a Tower One Touch Pressure Cooker which admittedly I was happy with. I then received a letter from Tower saying "Test results show the item may result in burns and/or unexpected release of liquid from the unit. DO NOT USE. We'll be issuing further communication." They say to get auto updates go to website and scroll to Product Recalls. This is now ages ago and every time I check online there is no "Product Recalls" on their site and googling Tower product recalls led me only to this reviews page. I have a machine which wasn't cheap, is dangerous according to Tower and mustn't be used yet it seems there is nothing I can do about it. I can't remember where it was purchased but you'd think as Tower wrote directly, they would deal with it. They don't. I see why there's so many bad reviews on here. How they get the stars I don't know, but you do have people saying "what with the guarantee its good value." Its only good if when something goes wrong they honour that guarantee. Some on here admit they don't, and even recalled products are obviously not dealt with by Tower. If they wrote once why haven't they sent a letter updating me? Why is there no product recall on the webpage as they say? All you with great guarantees, as I thought too, wait until there's a problem...

Bought a air fryer this year , basket broke three months after. Called for a replacement air fryer basket I was told it would be delivered in 3-5 working days . Waited a month only for tower customer service to tell me it wouldn’t be in stock until mid December . Now mid December I am now being told it wont be delivered in time for Christmas ! Completely unacceptable. I was also made to pay for the replacement part even though I purchased this fryer less than 6 months ago. I have children to feed over Christmas . Christmas is ruined !! Will never purchase from this company again.

I purchased a vortex 11l airfryer and on 13th Oct my drip tray started loosing the none stick coating so as was less than a year old I contacted tower to get replace ment and was told out of stock wait till Dec 12th now being told Dec 16 obviously towers guarantee is worthless will never buy your products again (I have purchased loads before)

paid for next day delivery and now being told won't be here until 3 days later. apparently they dont deliver on weekends and next day delivery to them is a tuesday. If this is the case they should put that in brackets at the checkout when you tick for next day delivery. could've got it cheaper and quicker from amazon which is still from tower warehouse

This company can't even be bothered to send me a simple limescale filter for a kettle I bought that came without one ! This company prefers to pass the buck leaving the customer to sort things out themselves! Useless. They've lost my custom.

I placed an order through CURRYS and was told my order is coming through tower directly. It’s been two weeks and I haven’t received any information nor help- even when contacting curry’s they said it is now all on TOWERS side but I haven’t received any help nor information. Really appalling customer servicd

I bought the blender from a local shop less than 6 months ago rather than ordering through amazon, it broke a week ago (just before 2nd lockdown) so I contacted tower for them to tell me it was covered by the store so I went back and they dismissed this, so I went back to tower who have been very unhelpful especially considering circumstances (lockdown and moving out of area so cannot go back to the shop) and it’s their faulty product. It was not a cheap product and I feel that we have just lost that money.

Tower Customer Services are some of the worst ever experienced in 40 years of buying appliances, promises, lies, and generally being rude and ill mannered about genuine complaints . My advice is steer well clear as their product broke within 90 days and still waiting for a resolution 1 year later .

Bought a 6.5 litre slow cooker on 4th March 2019 , the ceramic pot liner failed and I came home to a houseful of burnt food with smoke alarms going off . Reported the issue to tower and am still waiting for a replacement to which now I have lost my patience completely as its been over a year , trading standards are now involved as they are in breach of their contract . I will be glad when the nightmare of buying a Tower appliance is over and my stress levels have returned to normal after repeatedly trying to be patient for their promises over 7 times and a year waiting . . VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Purchased a cordless vacuum about six weeks ago, had put it on its holder (very awkward to do). Five minutes later the hoover came flying off breaking the dirt collector so that it won’t stay on the hoover. Says on the paperwork I can buy spare parts but can’t purchase a new diet collector. No hoover now. p.s your web site needs updating.

I purchased a set of non-stick Tower cerastone pots and pans and used then in conjunction with a set of pans supplied with my new induction hob. I am sorry to say that there was no comparison with these pans. The Tower pans took twice as long as the other set of pans to cook efficiently as expected on an induction hob. As my year's guarantee has expired Tower are not interested in replacing or refunding me. Very unhappy

I SENT AN EMAIL WITH REGARDS MY KETTLE WHICH IS JUST OVER 1 YEAR OLD,THE LID WILL NOT OPEN AS IT SHOULD AND IS DANGEROUS.I EXTENDED THE WARRANTY TO THREE YEAR'S OBVIUOSLY IT'S NOT MUCH GOOD WHEN THERE IS WHAT APPEAR'S TO BE A LACK OF COMMUNICATION,I ACCEPTED IT COULD TAKE A COUPLE OF DAYS FOR A REPLY BUT I THINK A WEEK IS NOT REALLY GOOD ENOUGH.I HAVE NEVER HAD THIS EXPERIENCE WITH OTHER SUPPLIER'S IN THE PAST AND I THINK YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE LEAVE'S A LOT TO BE DESIRED.

Bought a Tower Rose Floor Steam Cleaner and quite frankly it is awful....terrible quality...took ages to dispense steam(even with near boiling water)...leaked excess water...should have glided easily over my brand new floor tiles but didn't....cloth kept coming off even when draw string pulled as tight as possible.. and overall it was an awful product to use...extremely disappointed and will be trying to get my money back as the product is not fit for the purpose in which it was sold for.
