I loved my new air fryer I brought this model on 14th July 2023. Within 2 months the light had gone. In it I did contact tower who told me to return it to Argos. But I decided I liked it so much I thought it just a light I will use it without the light and it was fine. Did all I need it to do and more haven’t used my over since I got it. The last night while cooking dinner for myself and husband after coming back from a hospital trip where he had a small operation. Just before it had finished it went bang and stopped working. Thinking could be a fuse I change that but no still not working ! As I loved this one so much we bought a replacement one and thought I would take the broken one back to argos where we brought it and they where really helpful and said we could replace it or give us a voucher refund as it was less then a year old so as we had already replaced it we took the refund voucher! I am just hoping and praying the new one we have will last longer then the last one as I am 73 years and was thinking about buying a different make. But decided to stick to the one I know? Argos where really good but tower could have been better as it is the product! And the light seams to be a manger problem. With this model with no way of replacing the light?

Great value and looks good. Still need to use the microwave more to know if it works as well as my previous one.

Rather disappointed in this. I've had Tower air fryer before, so was happy to buy this larger one. I find it very difficult yo read the icons on the machine. They are quite small and very dull, the back-light is just not bright enough. Because I find it very difficult to read I don't use it. Fir me it was a waste of money. Its just sat on the kitchen counter. I keep going back to it ftom time to time hoping I can get use to it but it hasn't happened in the past 4 months I've had it. So this model a 2600w dual basket air fryer model T17100 9liter is a no no.

Price reasonable good cooker but missing a recipe book in the pack which it shows on internet a bit disappointed

My daughter bought me an Air Fryer for Christmas. Overall it works well, however the small black protectors on the grill plate do not. They fall off and already one has split. Is it possible to get replacements.

When buy hope it be better. Material looks cheap. The basket sometimes not close properly.

Ordered and it arrived fairly quick I love it it runs ok however on one of the draws there is a loud clanking sound that doesn’t seem to stop tried contact customer service as I have 3 year warranty and still waiting for a reply 4 weeks later

Areo crisper Came dented, so it wasnt sitting right in the fryer, i managed to knock it out and it popped out as it should of been, now sits right and works as it should, i love it

Delivery should be available to a shop. Took over a week to finally get my product delivered. Would have been better if I could collect from a shop instead.

Very basic & perfect for a 93 year old to use, warms tinned soup up well,thank you. We paid Tower for next day delivery which unhappily we did not receive. Its wrong to charge for a service that you can not fulfil.

Well I was really looking forward to this but unfortunately it was far to big there I had to return it well that was not easy at all eventually I managed to find the customer service number and after a couple of goes finally got them to arrange a pick up now I'm wondering how long I will have to wait for my refund Tower appliances are good but unfortunately it is difficult to get spares

tower has not made me happy instructions are terrible on how to use this air fryer being pensioners and not computer savvy my son is writing this why no paper booklet to read on using this item

After purchasing a towe waffle make a was very pleased with results, I thought I'd give there air fryer a go, read instructions a few times did a trail run, noticed only the top level got hot, had to keep rotating the shelves to get everything cooked which seemed to take a lot longer than my oven, after the cycle had finished and food was cooked, half the food was cold, thought I was doing something wrong, checked reviews and a few had same problems as me, will be returning after xmas
