Bought Ceraglide 3100W Steam Iron , no problem with iron but find the cord is not long enough . I have problems reaching end of ironing board , so very disappointed with it x Such a shame as no problems otherwise .x

Clean lines and clear digital display makes the unit fit well in our kitchen. The preset cooking options have so far been spot on, pizzas, chips, toast etc have all come out perfect. Only criticism really, is not sure why they have reduced the size of the rotating basket from our much smaller Tower 11lt air fryer, same diameter basket but shorter in length with a much wider cavity to put it in, a few inches of wasted space in my opinion, and it would allow a greater area for crisping, instead of cramming food items inside rather than having to do multiple batches. The unit does emit very hot air, and although I have the minimum distance above, the cupboards can get quite hot. We had the 11lt 5in1 air fryer, it was our main oven for 4 years,but unfortunately it started to turn off part way through cooking and the display disappeared when it got up to temperature. The display on the Vortex is larger and clearer, and is much easier to use and clean. I can honestly say we are very happy having made the change.

Very big and useful but slightly difficult it will take some time to get used to but it is a big upgrade from my old one.I Would recommend it to people who cook a lot at a time.

This is a good cooker, the Rotisserie was at its max with a 1.5kg chicken so maybe the recommended 1.3 should be stuck to. The drip tray is a bit shallow and fiddly,also difficult to extract as the bottom elements are too close. The brief instructions that come with it are inadequate & do not specify that you should probably use Roast for the Rotisserie function they leave you in the dark. As this is a new cooker, hopefully Tower will produce some online videos soon.

Bought a air fryer VIZION T17072 LAST YEAR ,like it very much .just one problem as all the rubber feet that hold the food shelf have broken off and are now scratching the bottom when I remove it to clean .I rang for replacements months ago and was promised 4 new ones when in stock unfortunately I'm still waiting .yes it's a small problem that can be easily be rectified but every use it's scratching side of fryer .

Would of definitely been 5 stars if the interior light didn’t keep going off and there’s nothing on troubleshooting about that.otherwise love this great way of cooking in a smart looking air fryer.

The instructions are worse than useless. I nearly took it back as I could not get it to work. I had to go on youtube to find how to operate it. Hopefully it will perform better than the instruction book.

Following product recall, my Tower air fryer has been replaced. Very impressed with the whole process & speed of receiving the replacement. However, all my kitchen gadgets are black & silver. As was my air fryer. The replacement is an awful taupe colour. As it is so different , it would just have been nice to be asked if this was acceptable rather than just sending it.
