Would of definitely been 5 stars if the interior light didn’t keep going off and there’s nothing on troubleshooting about that.otherwise love this great way of cooking in a smart looking air fryer.

The instructions are worse than useless. I nearly took it back as I could not get it to work. I had to go on youtube to find how to operate it. Hopefully it will perform better than the instruction book.

Following product recall, my Tower air fryer has been replaced. Very impressed with the whole process & speed of receiving the replacement. However, all my kitchen gadgets are black & silver. As was my air fryer. The replacement is an awful taupe colour. As it is so different , it would just have been nice to be asked if this was acceptable rather than just sending it.

Received a voucher to use on site due to recalled air fryer. Ordered a new microwave and paid for next day delivery. The microwave was badly damaged but no damage to box or packaging which seems like damaged before packaging! Contacted Tower who arranged a new one on Wednesday to be sent by fastest delivery option which got delivered Saturday! I asked for my next day postage to be reimbursed, which they did as all in all the product took 9 days in total. This microwave is very nice to look at, works fine plus 3 year warranty.

Reasonable ‘ish,’ price for a white plastic 1 litre kettle. I bought it as I live alone and I don’t need it any bigger. I really don’t know why they can’t be made in different colours, especially given the cost of it!?

Great microwave, it arrived very quickly and works well. The only issue was that the plate they sent with it was too big, it fits inside but at a slant and won't spin

Ceraglide 3100W steam iron. Efficient, but no gauge, so you can't tell the water's run out until the steam stops which is often. Also the handle it quite large for my little hands. Oddly, I suspect it was designed for a more man-handed user.

This is my second tower airfryer (T17072) the first one was great but was recalled . This one is larger (7l) plus has a cooking window which is great as it is more economical to check cooking without opening the fryer. Whilst larger than the previous one you can more easily spread out the contents for faster all over cooking. I would have preferred the controls to have been on the front as if it's bright the digital information can be difficult to read. Also another plus is that the nonstick seems much superior to my earlier model

Received my replacement air fryer after waiting 3 weeks! I was so excited to use it and I can’t because the power cord is a lot shorter than the old one and no longer reaches to the plug I have to use it :( please could you tell me if it is safe to use a extension cord with a air fryer?

Digital microwave air fryer. Initial problem, it marks our quartz worktop badly, had to fit additional feet. Little info on it's use, tried the auto air fry mode for oven chips, hopeless. Will retry manually. The free download recipe book not suitable for this device so useless. Still think it is a good buy though.

Following purchasing a TXP30PET upright hoover, checking the hoover and box there was nothing to hold the pet accessory tool to the hoover, searching the manual - nothing and then called in and the advisor could not initially advise/support. Something that should be on the hoover rather than putting at the side and not losing or damaging. A wee miss from Tower.
