I have a Tower T17088 air fryer that was bought for me as a present, so I don't have a receipt. After a I used it a couple of times I noticed the right hand drawer handle ( drawer 2) didn't fit properly. On closer inspection it is shaped the same as the left hand handle. So it won't fit flush with the curved drawer. I contacted customer services, who asked me how I maintain it. (really!). They asked for proof of purchase and proof of extended warranty. I told them I hadn't got a receipt and if I did I wouldn't want an extended warranty anyway. I sent pictures. Then I sent pictures a 2nd time. Now customer services have replied for a 3rd time wanting proof of purchase. If you won't do anything as I don't have a receipt, I'm quite happy to buy a handle. The air fryer works fine,it's the build quality and customer services that let Tower down.

Absolutely love this bin, not only does it look fab but the sensor to open is amazing and closes when you have moved away. Highly recommend.

Six days ago I wrote a review about 2 Censor Bins, that I had bought from Tower at a cost of £100 - which had stoped working after two years. After proving my purchase, Tower have been exceeding good, in showing good customer service, by offering me any product from their range up to, and in my case over, the amount of money paid. I have chosen an Air Fryer Oven which costs £109.99 and offered to pay the difference, which they have been kind enough to decline. I look forward to receiving my Air Fryer and discover a whole new way of cooking.

The Tower compact air fryer is superb. I like the round fryers this one fits better on the kitchen surface, whilst providing an impressive 4.2L basket! Everything comes out so crisp with no greasy feeling to it. Try courgette and aubergine slices in tempura batter cooked in the fryer for about 12-18 minutes depending on thickness and quantity. Perfect with a homemade tzatziki or spicy salsa.

Good size for 3 adults and good price, quite compact for a 4l model. Downside the drawer isn’t easy to slot in. You kind of have to slot it in at an angle, so that could definitely be improved on.

I loved my new air fryer I brought this model on 14th July 2023. Within 2 months the light had gone. In it I did contact tower who told me to return it to Argos. But I decided I liked it so much I thought it just a light I will use it without the light and it was fine. Did all I need it to do and more haven’t used my over since I got it. The last night while cooking dinner for myself and husband after coming back from a hospital trip where he had a small operation. Just before it had finished it went bang and stopped working. Thinking could be a fuse I change that but no still not working ! As I loved this one so much we bought a replacement one and thought I would take the broken one back to argos where we brought it and they where really helpful and said we could replace it or give us a voucher refund as it was less then a year old so as we had already replaced it we took the refund voucher! I am just hoping and praying the new one we have will last longer then the last one as I am 73 years and was thinking about buying a different make. But decided to stick to the one I know? Argos where really good but tower could have been better as it is the product! And the light seams to be a manger problem. With this model with no way of replacing the light?

Black Tower kettle model T10015BLL - stylish and still functioning perfectly after a number of years. We live in a hard water area so, not surprisingly, the spout filter clogs up and needs occasional cleaning. It has just started to fray and I can’t find anyone with a replacement part in stock. Could anyone at Tower direct me to a spare parts supplier with one in stock please? Many thanks, great kettle.

I purchased 2 Sensor Bins in March 2022 at a cost of £49.99 each. They have both given up being any form of sensor, and just stoped working ! I thought that they just needed new batteries - they have been lasting for about 8 weeks. I replaced their 3 batteries three times, thinking perhaps the batteries were faulty - but no. Just the mechanisms have stop working and they just make a strange noise. I gave this review 2 stars, because they look nice, but I shall now have to go out and buy two £12.99 plastic pedal bins. Let’s hope my spend of £25.98 for bins, will last longer than the £99.98 Tower ones.

I purchased this from a reputable company at a very reasonable price. I’ve not had an Air Fryer before so this way of cooking is new to me. I have a small kitchen and find the size ideal for me. So far so good. However I would like to see a mark closer to the bottom of the dials to get a more accurate positioning for both the temperature and the time.

Great little airfryer, simple to use, so far works very well. The only problem is the timer mechanism is clockwork, and if you put too long a time when "programming" it you can't change or cancel that time.

Well just starting to use my airfryer, as I was having a new kitchen. I have only just started to use it. But it's early days yet. But so far so good. I'm still just experimenting.

Fantastic product, great price and so easy to use. A dinner which would have taken close to 60 minutes to cook, took just 25 minutes. The food had more flavour too. Would absolutely recommend this air fryer to anyone who wants great tasting food at a fraction of the time. 😊
