Omg xec20 plus corded £45 brilliant with 3 year warranty, my husband says he'd have to pay £45K to upgrade to new passat and get 3 year warranty, but says photos in the manual on disassemble for cleaning filter etc. would be helpful good work people..

Would never buy from Tower again. We returned an item and are still waiting for a refund even after contacting customer dis-service over 3 times. I have even sent them carrier proof they have had the item back. Their customer communication really needs some work, it must be a nightmare from the ecoms depth and I cannot believe how many good reviews they have had. It us a shame because I do personally know staff at this company and am holding back and asking them to sort it for me.

Ordered with next day delivery on Wednesday. No tracking information provided by Thursday morning. Phoned and order had not even been processed. Goods will be dispatched in two parcels with two different carriers. Did not say any of this on confirmation of order email. Midnight Thursday still no tracking information so obviously still not dispatched. No idea when parcels will arrive and no further communication from company.

Your valuable order contained a number of items one of which was classified as a bladed item - all courier partners are required to meet strict guidelines on the delivery of such items to ensure the safety of our customers and courier partners alike. As a result your order had to be split and allocated to our another courier appointed to deliver bladed items. I can confirm your order has been dispatched and will be with you very soon. Jaheda who looked into our warranty for a kettle we bought, is a credit to towerhouse customer services, she was very helpful and informative and polite, and thanks to her we are having our kettle replaced with a brand new one. Thanks Again Jaheda xx

Happy with our Dual Tower Vortex Airfryer, apart from when the drawers get hot it is difficult to re insert them. It takes 3-4 attempts before they go back in

I have just purchased a Tower T17117 4L air fryer and am very pleased with it apart from one irritation, which judging by reviews affects a lot of buyers. The On/off sensor is very insensitive and fails to operate when the tip of a finger is used. I have found that a 100% method is to place the hand flat on top of the cooker, then use the BALL of your THUMB to operate the On/off button - problem solved!

Although the air fryer itself is good for use in our caravan , the grill base inside it is of such poor quality that the non stick coating deteriorates without any abrasives and the rubber feet fall off risking damage of the pan surface. We bought a ninja air fryer for home and the quality is in a different league. Never sticks and easy to clean.

I wrote a review some weeks ago, outlining my problems with two Tower sensor bins, which I had purchased two years ago. Towers Customer Service have been exceedingly helpful, and offered anything from their present products, within the price range of my original purchase. I chose an Air Fryer, which arrived very quickly, and I look forward to a new way of cooking. Makes a nice change to deal with a company who have good Customer Service. Thank You
