i ordered a iron on the 22nd money has been paid i have no delivery date in my email have emailed 3 times no reply qould be nice for a update as to when yr items are goin to arrive would not buy from these again

When a customer contacts our Customer Services Team we always provide an acknowledgement of safe receipt of a message as well as providing timescales of when a customer can expect a response from us. Just bought dual basket air fryer (model no. T17144) I am trying to register item online and have went to the suggested email address as instructed. I enter model no. In first box but in the list of air fryers my model is not listed!!!! Help! šŸ˜

My appliance broke down after 11 months with a 3 year guarantee, contacted Tower, spoke to a human every time I called, polite, professional, friendly, I provided the evidence, replacement on it's way. This is the way to treat customers.

Purchased a Tower Generator Steam Iron. There not cheap!! May have had it couple of years, not the sort of item I keep the receipt for. The other day whilst ironing I placed the hot iron on the stand which is what you are supposed to do whilst I folded my duvet cover and put it away. Went back to the iron to do some more ironing and could smell burning, lo and behold the iron had "melted" the base unit. The next day although turning on it wouldn't heat up. Meanwhile I contacted Tower to see if they could throw any light on what might have happened. Despite emails back and forth it was mainly some silly person keep asking me for the warranty or the receipt when I had informed her from day one that it wasn't under guarantee. The one thing she did say was that it was normal procedure for a person to place the hot iron on the stand and it shouldn't have caused me any problems. Now they are just ignoring me. Wont buy one of there irons again!! Ps, it wont allow pictures.

Tower Cerastone T81276 Forged 5 Piece Pan Set I purchased this set from Amazon and I received on 15th July this year. The coating on the 20cm pan has started to come off between the two rivets which hold the handle in place . The set comes with one year warranty which can be ,and has been , extended to 5 years. So I contacted Tower by email and phone . I admitted that I might have put the pan in the dishwasher a couple of time in the last three months . The lady at Tower customer services stated therefore the warranty is null and void . I have had this pan for three months and the coating is coming off. The paper work from Tower says DISHWASHER SUITABLE . But admittedly is does then go on to say that using a dishwasher may impact the life time of the pan . But no where does it say DO NOT use a dishwasher . But it does say DO NOT 5 times on the same page. I believe it should say DO NOT put in the dishwasher as this will make your warranty null and void . On the Amazon web page for this product as of this morning it says DISHWASHER SAFE: The non-stick ceramic coating prevents food from sticking to the surface, and this pan set is dishwasher safe for an even easier clean after cooking. It also says A BRAND YOU CAN TRUST: I donā€™t think so anymore . I am total unhappy about the poor performance of this product. I believe I have not been clear guidance by either Tower or Amazon on how this product should be cleaned. In fact if it said DONOT PLACE IN THE DISHWASHER . I would not have bought the product . Ps when I attach a photo I appear unable to submit my review , thatā€™s curious donā€™t you think

I will tell you how they made me unhappy. Quality of the grill plates in the air fryer model no T17088 is sub standard. The non stick coating has peeled off after use on only 3 occasions. Washing instructions followed to the letter. What a pity Tower do not have quality control by producing this simple part in the UK rather than China.

My airfryer got faulty. Customer support did not respond under an hour as stated in here. Been 4 days from first email (5 emails by now) and no respond. Been just 58 days since purchase.

Ring to ask for lower duct for tower FlPRO 29-6V as still under warranty and was told they don't to spair part for any of these models as health and safety prevent them selling same,told the lady in question that all the vacuum Co are selling same, I just want to purchase a lower duct that match my cordless Tower FlPRO 29.6V, which I have to say has fantastic suction great hoover all round once again response sorry we don't sell parts for them. Really disappointed Irish customer

I only had my air fryer 13 months & it stopped working, contacted customer services & they were fantastic, i had extended my waranty when i first bought it. it took 3 days from start to finish to receive a brand new one (even better they had upgraded it to the latest one as they didn't have mine in stock so was so happy). I would give 10 stars if i could because they were so lovely to me as i am registered disabled i though it would be stressful for me & it wasn't at all. Thank you Tower for caring :)

Over the past 12 months I have had to buy 2 Tower Vortx Vizion 7L Digital Air Fryer Black Digital. After a few months both had the same fault where the internal light stopped working. Both times I went through the warranty process and both times Tower said that the warranty didnā€™t cover this fault, so the warranty isnā€™t worth the paper itā€™s written on and Tower customer service is appalling. Donā€™t waste your money and buy a different brand of air fryer

Having reviewed all communications between yourself and Tower It was surprising to read your comments about the warranty not covering the fault and that the warranty isn't worth the paper it is written on. Our products are supported by a robust warranty scheme and indeed a faulty light is covered within your warranty. Your products were purchased via a 3rd party retailer who under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 hold the responsibility of your warranty for the first 12 months after purchase. On both occasions we have referred you back to the retailer to resolve your enquiry. It only leaves me to apologise for any perceived shortcomings you may have about our warranty process. Extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. I never received my item nor refund,post multiple follow ups even after 20+ days post my order . Would never recommend or purchase anything again from Tower.
