I only had my air fryer 13 months & it stopped working, contacted customer services & they were fantastic, i had extended my waranty when i first bought it. it took 3 days from start to finish to receive a brand new one (even better they had upgraded it to the latest one as they didn't have mine in stock so was so happy). I would give 10 stars if i could because they were so lovely to me as i am registered disabled i though it would be stressful for me & it wasn't at all. Thank you Tower for caring :)
