“Very pleased with service. One complaint. Having bought the wine rack sideboard only to find my wine glasses Dont fit in the cupboard and the rest of my alcohol also doesn’t fit. I wrongly presumed the shelves would be adjustable but are fixed.”

“Purchased Tolouse 2over 3 chest of drawers, tall boy and 2 bedside tables. Absolutely delighted. Sturdy, look lovely in my room. Extremely well packaged, delivery was on time and whilst they couldn’t get the chest of drawers up my stairs as tight they did try. Would definitely recommend.”

“I’m no fan of flat-pack furniture but I have it a good go and so far I’m happy it, despite the fact I wasn’t aware I had to tighten the bolts really tight so the side rails don’t move. Yeah it’s a very well made bed.”

“Before our furniture was delivered I would have given Top Furniture 10 out of 10, but our unit was scratched and it wasn’t noticed until we had removed all packaging. Virtually impossible to return in original cardboard so we are stuck with a scratched sideboard which is very sad. We have been offered a small amount of compensation but I would rather have had a perfect unit.”

“I bought this lovely furniture a while ago. A cup handle broke and I struggled to find replacement locally. Contacted Top and had a new one delivered 2 days later. Great customer service as well as quality furniture.”

“We are super happy with our beautiful, solid oak Billy bar stools. They are the perfect match to our kitchen. Such good value, for very high quality furniture! They were delivered with care by two very friendly members of the team (arrived before 9am) placed them into the room of our choice. The stools were well packaged too. The customer service team kept us informed of our delivery date and time and were polite and helpful. Overall, we were very impressed with Top Furniture, highly recommended and we will definitely be purchasing again in the future. Thank you!”

“We had 20 year old furniture, which has lasted well and we thought looked OK. Now the children are grown-up, we had the funds and time to rejuvenate our bedroom. We purchased Toulouse white (quad wardrobe, large chest, long chest, slim wardrobe, laundry bin and mirror) and our bedroom is completely transformed. The furniture is solid, well-made and looks as if it’s going to last for many years. We’re thrilled with it. Exactly as described on your website and your delivery team kindly delivered the furniture upstairs in the bedroom. The delivery was a month earlier than anticipated. Thank you”

“I purchased 3 pieces from the Toulouse range including the small sideboard and a pair of small bookcases. They are very good quality and finish and work so well in my contemporary cottage style sitting room. I was looking for something modern but with a heritage feel and these are perfect with the warm grey finish working well with the neutral palette. The furniture is relatively lightweight but looks sturdy and can be easily moved around although you have to be careful not to drag it as you could damage it easily. The service is excellent and they are very accommodating as I had to amend the order after ordering the wrong item! The only down side is the 12wk wait as the furniture was not in stock and had to come from overseas. The other slight grumble is the delivery. The pieces are difficult to unpack if you are on your own and it was a bit of a struggle to get the two bookcases out and into place! Maybe a pay option to unpack and remove the masses of cardboard would be a good addition to the free delivery!”

“The table looks lovely. A good strong sturdy table. Easy to put legs on and lift up if two people. One clip underneath not working properly but this soon rectified. Matches well with our chairs and unit we already had.”
