“Victoria chairs are a smart addition to our dining room. Stylish, good solid oak and comfy seats. Chairbacks will need a cushion for our ageing backs. Competently delivered by the team of Mark and Matt.”

“Product was grfeat , great communication and efficiency on delivery. However , product was not right for me. After some communications with customer service it was agreed that the product could be returned with a full refund. Thankyou to Top Furniture for your understanding. Would happily shop with them again.”

“Lovely bookcase really pleased. Just 1 small niggle the shelves have different holes drilled so you can put shelves where wanted. There needs to be those little plastic things to plug the unused holes as they are quite obvious on white furniture”

“Ariived packed really well, very sturdy nice furniture the only thing i would say i would have liked the drawers to be deeper but this wouldn't stop me buying again . Chest of drawers and bedside cabinet look really smart in my bedroom.”

“Absolutely love the drawers , but wasn’t very happy to find the delivery men had left the back gate open all day for it to bang against the wall and damage it.”

“The delivery man brought my sideboard all packaged up asked where it was going and just left it and went i had to unpack it myself which was quite awkward took me ages to take all the packaging off as im 73 and had bad back but I am thrilled with my sideboard it is well made and looks great in my lounge.”

“The ottoman was delivered on time and the delivery men were very helpful and courteous. The item is good quality and fits my purpose perfectly. I have awarded 4 stars because the item was advertised as having a soft close mechanism to avoid someone trapping their fingers. Whilst the lid remains upright when opened, I would not class this as a soft close system. As soon as the slightest pressure is applied to the lid it slams down fairly heavily. We do not have small children so this is not really an issue for us, but I thought it worthy of note.”

“I love the look, the colour and finish of the furniture. It’s very sturdy but sleek and just makes my bedroom so much nicer. However…. I have never come across drawers that have thick bits of wood sticking down in them. I don’t see the purpose but worse- my clothes catch on them”

“Delivery drivers were excellent, thank you. we purchased an office desk/ dressing table in oak and looks fantastic and of very good quality. Also purchased the white / country oak chest of drawers and bedside tables. All look very nice, although the quality does seem different to that of the office desk.”

“We really like our chest of drawers. It is solid and looks great in our newly decorated bedroom. However, we were very disappointed that the delivery guys refused to take it upstairs. They made absolutely no effort or attempt to do it.”

“I have already submitted a review but I will do another one . The overall quality is good but I think that a bit more care could have been taken when chosing the drawer front as the face rail has a wild grain and the drawer has a straight grain which rather stands out like a sore thumb . I know that because it is a natural product colour and grain variations are natural , I think a little bit of care when selecting components would make the product even better . I will also add that I am a retired Cabinet maker and spent many years making furniture .”

“The guys were bang i On time at 06.30 Which is incredible, given that they had to drive from Stoke on Trent to Bury St Edmund’s . They bought the bed in , In pieces , and carried it upstairs and put it together In 10 minutes . The guys were friendly, polite and respectful . It does have a mark on the headboard , which I have raised with the company. . Many thanks”

“Ordered on Jan26 delivered May 26 disappointed with the long delay. However I am very happy with my chairs. Well made and colour of the leather was spot on with the sample that was sent to me.Communication and updates were good. I have given 4 stars because of the delay.”
