“Lovely solid, good quality table and well made. Very heavy! This shows what good quality it is. The reason I have given four stars is because we had to put it together. Although not difficult to do, the table top requires turning over to which my husband and I just about managed to do. We are both older and I personally suffer from a bad back. After we had fixed the legs and supporters, the table requires turning over which, between us, was impossible to do, so it had to sit upside down on the floor for several days before we could get someone to help us!. Apart from this, the table looks lovely. It was delivered on time too. Brilliant quality and very competitive price.”

“The Lichfield chairs seem good for the price. We bought two at first to try them and were told many were in stock, so it is disappointing that our subsequent order for 6 more, olny a few days after the first order, is not able to be fulfilled until June.”

“Excellent Service Excellent Quality Product Appalling delivery “service” - flat refusal to take chest of drawers upstairs citing “it would not fit in the stairwell” which it most certainly did. Neither driver or his son wanted to manoeuvre it up the stairs so I ended up doing it myself!! Happy to highly recommend this company and the product but you need a good reliable delivery driver then beware as the ones I had wanted to just leave item in my hallway and leave - which they did🤬”

“We already have a Toulouse chest of drawers which was delivered with no issues by two very accommodating and friendly delivery men who arrived at the stated time and carried the furniture up to the bedroom for me. A review has been left regarding this. Because we liked the furniture so much we ordered a larger set of Toulouse drawers and received a call from Top Furniture the week before to say they would be delivered between 7-10am on the specified date. A text message was then received the day before advising it would be a 6.30am delivery. I messaged back requesting it was no earlier than 7am but received no response. This meant I still had to ensure I was ready by 6.30am. As it transpired the van arrived at 6.50am, the furniture was carried into our hallway with virtually no interaction from the 2 men. They then very quickly left with no offer of taking it upstairs for me. The chest of drawers are of the same good quality, and look great, but the delivery service on the second occasion was vastly different and somewhat disappointing.”

“For the chairs I would give 5* but the delivery was a right let down. I'd been informed by telephone that the delivery would arrive on 15th January between 7am - 10am. I made sure I was up before 7am only to find that the chairs had been left outside the garage at 6.30am! As it was due to rain all day I had no choice but to bring them in myself, which was a real struggle. I'm in my 80s and live alone. I will say the chairs were very well packaged.”

“Very pleased with the service from Top Furniture. Emailed them before submitting order with a query and it was answered very quickly. After ordering they gave me a delivery date and time slot several days prior to the day. On the day the drivers rang me to narrow it down to a one hour slot. Later they sent me a text to give me an approximate time of arrival. They came within about 3 minutes of that time. Ethan and Harry who delivered the drawers were respectful, pleasant, polite and helpful. Never had a better delivery service. Only a little bit dissappointed with the drawers. There is no actual "wood texture" to them. I was aware they would be white and glossy but they do not have any wood effect so just a little dissappointed but would use them again - perhaps only when they have a sale on though.”

“Furniture was delivered on time. The men who delivered the items were very polite and put the boxes where I wanted them. The only issue I have is that there was damage on the back of the wall cabinet. As it was in the back I didn’t complain. The furniture is so well packaged this must have been seen at the warehouse before it was sent out to me. Other than that I am very happy with the furniture.”

“The quality of the furniture is very good and we were very pleased with the quality of the farmhouse oak bedroom furniture. The four stars reflect the disappointment of the delivery and the failure to deliver to the bedroom as I requested the driver to either cover his shoes or remove them as I had new carpet fitted and we had to struggle to get all of the furniture upstairs ourselves”
