“For the chairs I would give 5* but the delivery was a right let down. I'd been informed by telephone that the delivery would arrive on 15th January between 7am - 10am. I made sure I was up before 7am only to find that the chairs had been left outside the garage at 6.30am! As it was due to rain all day I had no choice but to bring them in myself, which was a real struggle. I'm in my 80s and live alone. I will say the chairs were very well packaged.”

“Very pleased with the service from Top Furniture. Emailed them before submitting order with a query and it was answered very quickly. After ordering they gave me a delivery date and time slot several days prior to the day. On the day the drivers rang me to narrow it down to a one hour slot. Later they sent me a text to give me an approximate time of arrival. They came within about 3 minutes of that time. Ethan and Harry who delivered the drawers were respectful, pleasant, polite and helpful. Never had a better delivery service. Only a little bit dissappointed with the drawers. There is no actual "wood texture" to them. I was aware they would be white and glossy but they do not have any wood effect so just a little dissappointed but would use them again - perhaps only when they have a sale on though.”

“Furniture was delivered on time. The men who delivered the items were very polite and put the boxes where I wanted them. The only issue I have is that there was damage on the back of the wall cabinet. As it was in the back I didn’t complain. The furniture is so well packaged this must have been seen at the warehouse before it was sent out to me. Other than that I am very happy with the furniture.”

“Ordered table and chairs which were free delivery, at time expected, by friendly, helpful delivery drivers Andy and Scott. Unfortunately, when unpacked, one chair was damaged. I contacted Top Furniture who have replaced quickly without quibble. I love the dining set which fits in well. Thank you.”

“Excellent web site and customer service over the phone. Only gripe, and reason for 4 stars not 5, was the delivery team refused to take furniture upstairs, after requesting with order. No promises were given but got the distinct feeling that particular delivery never want to take items up stairs.”

“The quality of the furniture is very good and we were very pleased with the quality of the farmhouse oak bedroom furniture. The four stars reflect the disappointment of the delivery and the failure to deliver to the bedroom as I requested the driver to either cover his shoes or remove them as I had new carpet fitted and we had to struggle to get all of the furniture upstairs ourselves”

“Lovely furniture and delivered before 6:30 am I would have preferred after 7 as intimated! Finishing underneath the cabinets could be better planed and painted but other than that beautiful well packaged furniture! Please get your delivery guys to unpack and take away the boxes thank you!”

“pleased with product bought , well packaged and protected delivered on time as promised. good quality and delivered to room chosen , nice touch . could do with rubber packing between metal plates when joining bed frame to side panels as slightly noisy metal on metal sound when in use. apart from that pleased with look and quality .”

“I purchased a Lichfield Narrow Flip Top Oak Extending Table 140cm x 45cm which was delivered very professionally a few days later (The chap carried the pieces into the kitchen which was appreciated as it is very heavy!) It comes with the legs separate and these need to be fixed. It is a very easy task but it does need two people to flip it over from once they are attached. It is heavy and I think would be easy to damage it - or yourself - if you tried this alone. The table is a lovely colour and well finished. The mechanism is simple. It is ideal for me as I needed a table that extends by opening along the longer edge but always bear in mind this is a hefty piece of work and it needs pulling out from the wall. The legs attached quickly and firmly. If anything the attachment bolts and fixings are not as accurately made and placed as the wooden parts of the table - but they worked fine (they just look a bit ugly from underneath). The table is not solid oak but rather pieces of very thick oak bonded together but you would not notice this in normal use. It looks really nice and has a golden oak colour. I had looked around for a table of this size and type and thios was both exactly the right size for my kitchen but also one of the most reasonably priced. I would buy this again if I needed another and I would also recommend it to anyone looking for a solidly made, sturdy, beautifully finished and coloured table. It looks very expensive.”
