“Ordered several pieces from the Toulouse range. Had major issues with the 2 over 2 Grande Chest of Drawers. After 3 failed attempts to get a good, undamaged item, I resigned to accepting a discount on the 3rd damaged piece to end the nightmare. Some Customer Service people were very helpful, others not so. Delivery team were great and always on time.”

“From initial contact with this company to the delivery of my item everything was 100% They were quick to respond to queries, and kept me updated with delivery date and time. The item was very well packaged & delivered by 2 personnel. My item which was a set of 3 over 4 bedroom drawers is of the highest quality, and looks beautiful. I could not have asked for anything else. I can highly recommend Tops Furniture and will definitely shop with them in the future. Thank you”

“Second time ordering and would highly recommend! We bought some oak chairs to go with our oak dining table (bought from TF two years ago) which are excellent quality. Simon and Mitch did a great job with delivery. Diana provided fantastic customer service. Will be buying from again!”

“One of the best companies I have dealt with and in the future will again. Nothing was too much trouble for them was informed of date, delivery time by phone then the day before a reminder was sent by E-mail and then again on the day a text was sent to let me know approximately what time they will be delivering. I cannot fault this could they are well on the ball. I’m a very happy customer 10/10.”

“Ordered a 1.4 oval shaped cross legged oak table with a small cross legged red leather bench to fit underneath , and it looks the business ! , thought the price was fair , impressed with how it looks and how comfortable the padded bench is , from order to delivery and in my kitchen within 48hrs , what’s not to like I will be back thank you 👍”

“Delivery itself was prompt and at the agreed time, so no complaints there. Two delivery men arrived, but unfortunately they refused to take my dressing table upstairs. As a result, a week later it’s still sat in my hallway. Being on my own, I can’t move it upstairs myself and now need to pay someone else to do so. Perhaps it’s at the drivers’ discretion, but I’ve never had this issue before – other companies delivering furniture (beds, wardrobes, etc.) have always taken items upstairs without hesitation. Because of this, I can’t really comment on the dressing table itself, as I haven’t been able to use it yet. Overall, reliable in terms of timing, but disappointing in terms of service, as the lack of assistance left me with extra hassle and expense.”

“We have ordered the Country Cream 1.4m cross leg table with two chairs and a bench - this isn’t due till late September so I’ll review those then. However we have bought the same design coffe table and console table and are really pleased with both. Possibly even better than the photos on the website. Beautifully finished and genuinely high quality. Highly recommend”
