Not a good experience. My partner bought a Country Oak 80cm table for the kitchen. Very disappointed with the quality as the top dents and scratches very easily. And if sitting with the,window behind you they are really noticeable. I have,queried whether it is actually Oak, but from reading other reviews it would appear to be Oak veneer which explains a lot in respect of quality. Customer service can't help as damage needs to be reported on delivery and are not responsible for wear and tear; i accept if it was normal wear and tear but it seems it rakes very little to dent or sceatch it. In fact the sceatch was from a very short finger nail thst xame into contact with the table surface when pucking up a spoon...so we now have a table that by Christmas will look really tat and we hate. Wasted our money.

My wardrobe was delivered with a crack all the way down the base. It has been two weeks since order and no replacement has been made yet. I have three very large and heavy boxes in my hallway which are a hazard to my toddler. No compensation has been made. I would not shop again at Top Furniture.

We ordered two items of furniture and on delivery after unwrapping the items were two different colours!Contacted them,sent emails with photos as requested!offered money to keep wrong colored item!Nearly a week later and another email and very short telephone conversation,Still no idea when i will receive the item in tbe colour ordered!Upset is a understatement.

Made it completely impossible and inflexible to arrange a return for an item that was too large for the room it was ordered for. Huge charge to return the goods and then the threat of a fine tooth comb inspection by a dedicated team to see if any items had been built - upon which a return would be rejected! How the hell are customers supposed to check the suitability if they can’t unpack the furniture?! Also, an automatic charge of £120 to send something back. I have never known anything like it.

I'm very disappointed with the after service I received from this company. After my delivery, I received an email asking for a review in exchange for some free furniture pads. I did the review. Gave a glowing account including pictures. I never received the pads or an acknowledgment of my review. I called the office. They sent the pads in the post with an almost blank sheet of A4 paper with no reference to me as a customer, thanking me for my custom or apologising for the delay. I STILL have not had my review acknowledged but I can see that other customers reviews have been acknowledged. I'm really offended at this poor after care when I took the time to make a purchase and review it for you.

Have previously purchased Toulouse furniture from you, was looking to purchase more .. large Toulouse 3 over 4 in black £524 and quoted £486 for delivery absolutely stunned at this quote and sadly won’t be purchasing

The delivery guys came into the house to deliver the item as purchased, the extremely disappointing part was that they walked through the house with mud and dirt on their shoes on my brand new carpet leaving muddy marks that required cleaning. I was livid, and at work so not able to tell them to either take their shoes off or wear shoe covers like all the other trade people had when delivering their items. Really poor service which let down an otherwise good product.

Ordered an oak table sold as solid oak and told on the phone that if it was marked in the future it could be sanded down and re oiled. Upon opening the boxes there were small chips on the bottom of the table and noticed that in fact it was not sold oak but oak veneered. Assembled the table fitting the 4 legs and opened the folding top to find more damage on the top. Emailed the customer service straight away and received a reply stating term's and conditions 7.8 saying 'by assembling your furniture this is deemed as acceptance and therefore cannot be returned or replaced ' we could not see some of the damage until it was assembled and then opened. If you do decide to order make sure you open and check all items before the driver leaves.

Furniture turned up and was the wrong colour. Countless emails later we were given a partial refund. Furniture is still the wrong colur though.

The company making the furniture delivery were so rude and unhelpful to the point that we will not now be ordering the rest of our furniture from this company!

Really disappointed with the furniture and customer service received. Furniture was damaged but we didn’t notice until a few days after delivery. Top furniture refused point blank to do ANYTHING about it . I would think twice before purchasing from this company.

I'm writing a poor review on top Furniture, Because, I thought they came fully made!! As I'm disabled, this is why I ordered them , the table , chairs are sitting in my living room, from March and it is now end of April , And I still can't find anyone to put them together, without a big bill, . I wish I had gone elsewhere , who also said they come fully made.

Hello, The Titan dining chairs that we delivered are fully assembled so if you open the boxes you can use the chairs immediately. These chairs are not flat pack. The dining table will require the legs screwing on in each corner as we wouldn't physically be able to deliver the table through your front door if we attempted to deliver them fully assembled. Sorry that we didn't meet your expectations on this occasions but no other retailer will deliver a dining table into your home fully assembled and we don't offer an assembly service at the moment. I've already sent an email to Top Furniture regarding delivery of a chest of drawers, tall boy and wardrobe. The delivery was awful and unhelpful. We were left to manhandle the items upstairs ourselves otherwise leave our hallway unpassable. The delivery people were totally unconcerned. If you read the delivery arrangements they are carefully worded to allow just a drop off to a garage, downstairs etc, if the delivery people so wish. Anyone ordering items from Top Furniture should make allowances for disposing of huge amounts of polystyrene and cardboard and unless living in a large downstairs open space be prepared to make arrangements with a third party to actually getting the furniture upstairs. Other companies have a facility to deliver, unpack, assemble and remove packaging: unfortunately Top Furniture appear to me do not. Please take this into account if you chose to order from them. I will not make the same mistake again. Mike

The furniture looks nice but drawers are very shallow . Feel this is very deceiving. Drawers are small , not deep and hardly fit anything in . Very disappointed

Don’t believe what it says about delivery it’s totally inflexible comes to an area 1 day a week if you can’t do that then it’s another 14 days in my experience. The emails from the delivery dept leave a lot to be desired almost rude. I am now looking at my delivery hopefully coming at the beginning of Oct after 3 calls and failed call backs. I got the impression because its free delivery they simply dont care from the emails i got

We offer a free delivery service and for all in stock items delivery is normally within 15 business days from the date the order was placed, we use our own delivery and planning team, and all routes are planned a week ahead with us being bound by legal driving hours and legal weights. Occasionally, for various reasons we may be able to deliver your items within a few days which I believe is what happened with your first order. I understand that this matter has already been discussed with you and you have accepted a date for delivery within our lead time from the date on your pre-order and within a week from another date that you could not accept. Don’t know about furniture yet as I haven’t opened yet. Delivery was arranged with me over the phone for Friday 30/07. I arranged for someone to be there as I was was away. On Wednesday courier firm text me if they could leave it Thursday morning. I did not see this message as I was travelling. The courier simply left delivery on my doorstep at 8.10 am on Thursday leaving me a text. I was unable to get a friend to go to my house and take delivery indoors until the Thursday evening. When I get home I will let you know if there is anything missing or any damage.
