“My husband has Parkinson's so I wanted a sturdy chair with arms that was already made. I thought a Carver chair would be the answer, but they're not easy to find and lots of dining room chairs are sold in pairs. I wanted just 1 chair for the bedroom. This fits the bill perfectly. He is now able to get up out of the chair straight away and in one move. The chair is very comfortable and absolutely solid. My husband loves it so I am really pleased. Thank you, Top Furniture.”

“We had been so pleased with the oak kitchen stools we purchased from here many years ago that we have replaced them with exactly the same stools. The old ones have served us very well and been sat on multiple times a day for years. However they had finally began to show signs of wear. So we decided to replace them with new.”

“Small Toulouse bookcase ordered in November. Arrived a week later than expected date in January It was obvious from opening straight away,it was damaged on top. Called them immediately to report this and said we'd follow it up with photographic evidence. On further inspection, it was damaged in 5 different sites. We had it couriered up from Edinburgh and as we expected, the local couriers got the blame from Top. We suspect it had come packaged from the manufacturer in Vietnam and hadn't even been opened before being sent to us. They have since ignored us completely. American Express have raised a dispute and have refunded us. Avoid!!!! There is no customer service. If something goes wrong, you're on your own.”
