“Absolutely beautiful furniture real quality, very well packaged, solid, would definitely recommend. The only negative for me is I bought 4 items, so have 4 huge boxes to dispose of.”

“I have been very impressed by this company. After ordering the country cream bookcase at the weekend I received a phone call on Monday morning giving me a time and date for delivery, which was the end of the week. Delivery was bang on time with my purchase taken to the room that it was bought for by an extremely friendly and helpful man. It was well protected by lots of wrapping and un marked and just what I wanted. Thank you.”

“The furniture is lovely and deserves 5 star but I was appalled at delivery stage. You leave the boxes, without unpacking goods (so I could check no issues with furniture). I am disabled and could not unpack myself. I was then left with loads of packaging as I had ordered a lot of furniture. You should be clear about this. We recently had furniture from Cotswold and furniture village and both unpacked and took packaging away.”

We can see that you did leave instructions for our team on the day which we understand they followed. However, we politely mention that we do not offer an unpacking service, and our Drivers are not permitted to take away the packaging as this is required if you wish to exercise your right regarding the 14-day cooling off period for the return of any items if they are unsuitable. We offer a free delivery service and are unable to comment on other companies’ policies regarding delivery or unpacking. Once again, we are sorry that the delivery service did not meet your expectations and for any inconvenience caused. Kind regards Top Furniture Customer Support Team

On placing order, received confirmation and a delivery date within a few days. Delivery was on time by efficient and polite delivery crew. My order is perfect and as described. “Very pleased with our chairs. The reason I have given a 4 star rating and not a 5 is because the seat pads are quite hard. Also the is a lot of plastic around the chairs. The delivery driver was excellent.”
