Beautiful furniture but easily damaged. The finish did not last 1 week. Customer service not great ‘take a drawer to B&Q get them to match the paint’ ‘Contact a furniture specialist’ Surely a missed opportunity to offer remedial products at the showroom. They offer wax for the wood finish but not the painted. Do not buy unless the products are not going to be used.

The ordering process was easy enough. The unit looked stylish and a nice creamy black, however, the unit has a slight dent which is disappointing, for the price I would expect perfection. The delivery guys were not very friendly

Before our furniture was delivered I would have given Top Furniture 10 out of 10, but our unit was scratched and it wasn’t noticed until we had removed all packaging. Virtually impossible to return in original cardboard so we are stuck with a scratched sideboard which is very sad. We have been offered a small amount of compensation but I would rather have had a perfect unit.

The furniture is excellent but unfortunately it's delivered in boxes that are very difficult to remove. I'm retired and live alone so found it impossible to do. I asked the delivery drivers if they could just lift it out of the box for me but they said no. So I would not recommend your furniture to anyone old and alone.

Sean to be a good company to deal with, although in my first order for two bedside cabinets I found on delivery that they had a strong smell of paint from each item which was very disappointing

Bedroom furniture of good standard. Received a polite call on 3 hour delivery time. Furniture arrived today , driver refused to take delivery upstairs, was going to leave in small hall way. My partner , then said she would need to call head office . They then decided to carry upstairs , left mud on bedroom carpet as wouldn’t take shoes off. Called customer service, who basically said It was up to the delivery guys and they couldn’t guarantee, goods would be carried upstairs. Obvious question, why don’t Tops employ/hire drivers they do carry items upstairs , surely that’s a standard requirement. On that basis , won’t be using Tops again.

We ordered a sofa which was incredible quality and value for money and on back on that ordered two flat pack chest of drawers which looked great on the website. When they arrived they were flimsy and near impossible to put together. Customer service to deal with return was outstanding so would not hesitate to order again but would avoid anything flat pack.

I’ve already bought the narrow bookcase. I ordered two bedside lockers/tables I was informed they would be coming in on January 31. Delivery first two weeks February. I haven’t been contacted by them or the delivery team. They have another seven days from today to deliver. I’ve been waiting since December. They took payment in December. With no verbal contact I’m concerned they will not be delivered in the coming week. If they keep the agreement I’ll report back, but it’s a bit stressful with them. If they don’t keep to the agreement I’ll definitely report back afterhaving to ask for a refund. Watch this space.

My 4 over 3 chest draws looks really nice. Good quality only problem is the draws are hard to slide in and out, hence I gave it a 3 star and delivery men didn’t unpack the heavy chest draws and had to do it on my own, which was a challenge especially with bad back. I did ask them if they can help unpack, I told them i was on my own. They said they don’t do that, I told them I read on reviews and some people mentioned on their reviews there delivery men unpacked for them. They chose not to answer the question. So I’m guessing some gets special treatment and others don’t.

Nice furniture but slightly spoiled by the colour which is much yellower than it appears online. In addition we were quoted over £300 for Isle of Wight delivery. In the end arranged this ourselves for about £100 by using a different carrier. Not sure why Top Furniture could not have done this.

Unfortunately took too long to deliver to me well over the 15 days they guarantee for delivery. When I questioned why it was taking too kong, I was told that was the first date for my area? Furniture was lovely and so well packaged. Just took too long to get to me.

Good product and pricing but delivery services offered leave a lot to be deserved, they tell you when it will be delivered and if you wish to change it, it will cost you £30. We were offered 7am - 10am window, pretty early but we can live with that (around the school run). They rang the day before to say it would be 6am, I said that’s too early and will wake the house. They agreed to later, then completely ignored it and dumped it outside at 6am without knocking on the door. They then later messaged to say they they had delivered it “as agreed”. It wasn’t and it could have been stolen or taken by the bin men that arrived an hour after. Disappointed with that but still a good bed and easily built.

I ordered a nest of 3 tables on 3rd June and didn't receive them until 12th August. It was only when I placed my order and paid for the tables, was I told of the long delivery time. When delivery was being arranged, I was given a date and was told that if I wasn't availabe on this date, then I would have to wait another 3 weeks! The tables, when they arrived, were lovely, however, I wasn't impressed with the overall delivery experience.

Furniture is very good however if you can’t make the delivery date or want to make a return expect to wait weeks /months. I would buy in store or not bother unless someone is always at home.

We can see you placed your order on the 15th March with a pre-order date of 30th June, unfortunately due to the global shipping crisis in the Suez we had a further delay with your order which you were notified of on the 16th May. We apologised for this, however, we would like to clarify that your original pre-order was anticipated for delivery mid July, and this was delivered to you on the 5th August, therefore, there was never a promise for delivery within 4 weeks from the order date, neither was there a delay of 4 months nor was this advertised as such. The furniture was delivered but not unpacked by the delivery men . Some companies do this for you. Looking at it we were initially pleased with it. However during the course of the day we noticed it was giving off the most obnoxious fumes. We could not sleep in the bedroom that night and emailed the customer services early next morning. The fumes have continued throughout the week and we are still unable to use the room. We have been trying to resolve the situation with customer services and have tried leaving the windows open 24 hours a day to make the smell dissipate. We are at present still trying to resolve things. We have asked for a refund but the company wants us to repack everything ourselves which we feel unable to do without the correct materials. The company have made various stipulations regarding this and we have asked that the delivery men bring materials and do it. We feel we should not be responsible for this as we will be blamed for any damage in transit. We are still waiting for a resolution.
