I requested that the item be delivered to my bedroom both when I placed the order and again during the delivery process. However, the two delivery men left the item on my drive instead. They claimed that no one answered the door, but my Ring doorbell clearly shows that they did not ring the bell. Very disappointing.

The furniture is lovely and deserves 5 star but I was appalled at delivery stage. You leave the boxes, without unpacking goods (so I could check no issues with furniture). I am disabled and could not unpack myself. I was then left with loads of packaging as I had ordered a lot of furniture. You should be clear about this. We recently had furniture from Cotswold and furniture village and both unpacked and took packaging away.

We can see that you did leave instructions for our team on the day which we understand they followed. However, we politely mention that we do not offer an unpacking service, and our Drivers are not permitted to take away the packaging as this is required if you wish to exercise your right regarding the 14-day cooling off period for the return of any items if they are unsuitable. We offer a free delivery service and are unable to comment on other companies’ policies regarding delivery or unpacking. Ordered several pieces from the Toulouse range. Had major issues with the 2 over 2 Grande Chest of Drawers. After 3 failed attempts to get a good, undamaged item, I resigned to accepting a discount on the 3rd damaged piece to end the nightmare. Some Customer Service people were very helpful, others not so. Delivery team were great and always on time.

Very disappointed with the finish of the items I received. Basically, it’s a case of what the eyes can’t see. The response from their customer service was very quick- We politely mention that the concealed areas of the items will not be finished to the same standard as the areas on display,

3 out of 4 items in the Toulouse range received to the quality level expected. The 2 over 2 Drawer unit has been replaced but the replacement has quality issues too. Delivery team great and Customer Service very good. Just need a good quality product now to complete the set !!!

REED Top Furniture Order Confirmation #000146148 Delivered to 35 Long Acre North Cornelly I brought the stools to The Netherlands on Nov 1 where I live and unpacked them this week. They were stored in the boxes in the original packaging. The quality doesnt reflect the price. One stool had a splinter on the wood 1cm by 0.2 cm The finish on the holes on the underside was dreadful as the phots show. I would like to get your advice what to do next reed3208@hotmail.com

nice looking chest of drawers but the drawers are so shallow, they barely fit anything in them - it is a large drawer unit but very little space and I can't fit all of my clothes inside. Unit should be higher and much better sized drawers. They also took a very long time to arrive.

Very dissatisfied with the quality of Large chest of Drawers, Two drawers are too small so there is large gap. Contacted company the evening of delivery which was a week ago today. Got email Tuesday sent photos as requested. I have asked for them to be replaced. Still no reply.

I don’t really have much positive to say about our experience. We ordered a locket looking chest of draws and two bedside cabinets for our bedroom. Assuming they would be delivered to the bedroom. As the website states they can deliver to bedroom. But the delivery driver decides if it’s safe. Our house is normal, normal standard stair case, wide, no obstructions. The delivery drivers just walked in and said to my wife we don’t deliver to bedrooms. They had no idea If she had support to get them upstairs. Therefore I believe the delivery drivers let down the company here and fell short. Also the website has in bold writing that prices will be going up soon due to spiralling costs. Since I bought it 4 weeks ago prices have gone down by around 30%. So that was clearly a lie and misleading. I shall be reporting this tactic to trading standards. The cabinet also had some damage to the top of the cabinet. It’s a shame the company lets itself down with delivery and misleading statements as the furniture is good quality.

Received my tv cabinet, definitely not oak weighs nothing, I think you need to change the description of the said item, I am returning as it is also damaged and definitely not finished to a high standard, very disappointing, hopefully I will get a refund soon and someone will pick up fairly quickly, we will see

The chest of drawers when it arrived was yellow and nothing like the picture or description in terms of wood. Had to jump through hoops to return it with a fee deducted for the return.

Received the unit after very long wait as it was out of stock. Really pleased with delivery. The big gripe I have is the build quality and design of the shelves. When looking up at the shelves above eye height, (if sitting down) it becomes emediatly obvious it's not a solid wood shelf. All the crude construction of the shelf is on show and looks dreadful. This needs to be addressed as it let's the whole unit down. Is it not possible to supply a shelf with the same finish on both sides of the shelf? Sales team wasn't interested in addressing this major disappointment.

Purchase took many many weeks to arrive, once delieverd and un boxed product was faulty, there is obviously a quality control issue here from the manufacturers as i dont believe they are checked once delivered into the country. In fairness to Top Furniture they had no quiblle once i had sent them the evidence to arrange pick up and reimburse my account so 5 stars for that.

Very poor delivery service if you are unavailable for their one option delivery date you need to wait a longer period for an alternative date. Should that date not be convenient they charge an additional £30 for another date. It took over 6 weeks to receive our order of not more !! This lets the company down in my opinion. On that basis I would shop with them again.

The Harrogate chairs we ordered were fine which we fully expected, we had made major purchases before spending several £thousand and hence our reason for returning. The reason for the low rating is due to the marketing deception on the website, we originally planned to purchase 12 chairs at £149.99 each, this would have totalled £1799.98, the website clearly states the following, "spend more than £1500.00 and get an extra 10% off", followed by "spend more than £2500 and get an extra 15% off", there is no caveat stating any exclusion, it was worded as an incentive to make you spend more money ( which is fine ), however when making the order we was informed that the chairs were already discounted and therefore did not qualify, we produced the paperwork from the website clearly stating this wording but it made no difference, we therefore only purchased 10 chairs ( £1499.90) as we could not afford the extra £300. This marketing is unethical and deceptive and should not be used by Top furniture, your furniture is of an excellent standard and by using these underhand methods does not do your company any favours where there is no need to.
