“Small Toulouse bookcase ordered in November. Arrived a week later than expected date in January It was obvious from opening straight away,it was damaged on top. Called them immediately to report this and said we'd follow it up with photographic evidence. On further inspection, it was damaged in 5 different sites. We had it couriered up from Edinburgh and as we expected, the local couriers got the blame from Top. We suspect it had come packaged from the manufacturer in Vietnam and hadn't even been opened before being sent to us. They have since ignored us completely. American Express have raised a dispute and have refunded us. Avoid!!!! There is no customer service. If something goes wrong, you're on your own.”

“We absolutely love our new table, however, unlike our previous extending Top Furniture Country Oak table, the Provence table has a larger and deeper skirt under the table top which houses the extra table leaves. This means for anyone with long legs, your knees hit the wooden skirt. Had I known this I would NOT have purchased the Provence and I would have bought the Country Oak table as previously purchased 10 years ago. The table is solid and very nice but I feel this is a design fault on this slightly more contemporary table.”

“I purchased the Toulouse White Painted Double Bed, Large 3 Over 4 Chest of Drawers, and 2 Drawer Large Bedside Table, and I’m extremely pleased with all of them. The quality and craftsmanship are excellent — each piece feels solid, well-made, and finished to a very high standard. The paintwork is beautiful, smooth, and evenly applied, giving the furniture an elegant look. The bed was also very easy to assemble, which made the setup quick and stress-free. Delivery was a great experience as well — the team was friendly, polite, and professional. I would definitely recommend this furniture to anyone looking for stylish and high-quality pieces.”

“The chest of drawers are very nice. Solid and a good finish. We are less impressed with the delivery men who left it outside our house at 7.20am. We were expecting it between 7.30-8am. I was having a quick shower before work and my husband was returning from taking our dog for a morning walk before he had to leave for a hospital appointment. We had to lift the furniture upstairs ourselves - my husband is a transplant patient and I was the donor, so it really wasn’t ideal. Won’t use them again.”

“I purchased 2 bedside cabinets and a 3 over 4 chest of drawers. The furniture is absolutely gorgeous, well made and good value for money. I have now ordered the matching bed! Delivery was quick and the 2 guys (can't remember their names) were extremely polite and friendly.”
