“I like your products but I not happy with the tv stand. I wasn't happy with the colour of the TV stand. It wasn't the same as it was in the picture. The hinges are also different colours. I am waiting for the coffe table next week and I wish to get what I orderedexactly.”

“I’m really pleased with my purchase from Top Furniture. The pieces are very stylish and look far more expensive than they are. The quality is excellent, with solid construction and a great finish. I also think the furniture offers really good value for money compared to similar items I looked at elsewhere. The delivery team were fantastic too — very friendly, polite, and efficient. They made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Overall, a great experience from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Top Furniture and would happily buy from them again.”

“I would like to thank Andy and Scott who delivered 15 min early and were very helpful and friendly having travelled 180 miles from their warehouse to Suffolk, communication was excellent. “This was the first time we had ordered furniture on-line. We were nervous as we hadn't seen or touched the piece "in the flesh". However, the pictures on line seemed to be comprehensive so we risked it. It honestly turned out not to be a risk at all. The whole experience was excellent. We ordered a sideboard. It was delivered in about 2 weeks at the time specified. It was excellent service and the quality of the sideboard is super. We will definitely recommend Top Furniture to other potential purchasers and we give them top marks.”

“We ordered a large TV unit and coffee table. The furniture itself is lovely. The service however, was lacking. I contacted the company to find out when the delivery would be. They told me we had been allocated a slot 3 weeks after purchase (the very end of the advertised possible window). I told them that we were on holiday on this date. We were then told that we would need to wait for next delivery schedule. Consequently, our furniture was delivered nearly 6 weeks after purchase. The woman I spoke to several times regarding our delivery date (possibly with a South African accent?), was extremely abrupt and verging on rude. When the furniture was eventually delivered, one of the drivers was miserable, rude and unhelpful. Really disappointing service. On a positive note, when I had been emailing the company (Ben)to get information about the products, they couldn't have been more helpful. Sadly it appears once they have your money, the level of service does not continue.”

“This is the second lot of toulouse bedroom furniture ive bought. The pieces look great , just a little flimsy to the sides and back, but sturdy enough. The underside is very rough and ready but no one see that. Overall I'd say it was value for money and looks great in both my bedrooms. I would recommend”
