“Very good service, quality made blanket box at a really competitive price, did not charge for delivery like most furniture suppliers of this item and delivered when promised. Delivery men were very polite and efficient. A pleasure to deal with this company, will definitely use them again. Thank you Top Furniture.”

“Furniture is lovely if a tad expensive. The service not so good. The delivery men refused to take the furniture upstairs said it wasn’t their job. As I’m 60 and live alone this wasn’t great. I managed to get the bedside cabinets upstairs myself but had to organise help with the dressing table. Wouldn’t order again for that reason.”

“I am very happy with the dining chair,it is solid oak and almost matches the existing set I have had for a few years,the seat pad is not very comfy but I am sure it will be fine in time. Delivery was a bit awkward as I emailed and phoned to explain I could take delivery any time apart from a specific 2 hour slot when I had a prearranged appointment ,and they came at that precise time ! .luckilly my neighbour took the delivery in for me.”

“Ordered a small coffee table in April this year chased it several times as it was for a wedding present kept being told it’s not in stock very disappointed. It has eventually arrived but I would not order anything or recommend this company to anybody. Appalling customer service.”
