“I ordered a tv unit and it’s absolutely beautiful! It came fully assembled which is even better and they call you to arrange the time and date it will be coming! I’ve just ordered the matching side unit to go with it as I was so impressed!”

“The ottoman was delivered on time and the delivery men were very helpful and courteous. The item is good quality and fits my purpose perfectly. I have awarded 4 stars because the item was advertised as having a soft close mechanism to avoid someone trapping their fingers. Whilst the lid remains upright when opened, I would not class this as a soft close system. As soon as the slightest pressure is applied to the lid it slams down fairly heavily. We do not have small children so this is not really an issue for us, but I thought it worthy of note.”

“I have recently purchased two of the Toulouse Console tables in painted grey and they are lovely in design and colour , they suit my lounge really well and im extremely happy with the look they have given ... Customer services worked with me on the delivery day choosing my day off work so that I was able to take delivery ...so thank you Customer Services for being so helpful and accommodating 😊 Delivery itself was seamless , super efficient and the lads carried the boxes into the house for me so once again .. Thank you 😊 Im very happy with my furniture , the quality and service are superb ... I would definitely recommend Top Furniture ...so if your browsing there website. Go ahead and order ..you wont be disappointed 😃”

“I purchased a dressing table, stool, mirror and set of drawers. The sales team explained that only part of the order was available and the remainder would be delivered when back in stock. So far I have only got the dressing table and mirror which I am very pleased with for the price.”

“I would like to start by thanking your wonderful team for their excellent service regarding delivery, collection, and order management. Regrettably, I have only awarded 2 stars because the item's construction and finish did not meet expectations, leading to a return. Although the team graciously offered an apology and a discount, the quality was unfortunately below the standard I anticipated. I was also surprised not to be offered a replacement, which made me hesitant about the consistency of the product line. It is quite disappointing, as the design, size, and colour were absolutely perfect for my home.”

“I purchased 2x bedside cabinets and 3+4 chest in grey. The grey was better than shown on photographs. Looking at other stuff and quick trip to showroom ,the quality is exceptional and good finish. Well boxed The only issue was drivers couldnt unbox and take up. I did it with my son in law. Took drawers out and 2 minutes in bedroom but would suggest to get it dry jointed to avoid issues. Drivers were ok so no issue and I understand there situation. So yes really happy with product and really happy with service and looking forward to other purchases during the year. Well done Top Furniture.”
