“Furniture was as expected but delivery team certainly let this company down. I specifically ordered from this company due to the amazing reviews regarding the delivery. This is so important to me as I live alone and don’t have anyone to transport the furniture in for me. The furniture was dumped on my path at 6am in the morning with no information on the delivery. I did speak with someone regarding the matter and he did inform me I wasn’t the only one that day. I do feel the apology was no really out of good will and just following protocol.”

“The Lichfield chairs seem good for the price. We bought two at first to try them and were told many were in stock, so it is disappointing that our subsequent order for 6 more, olny a few days after the first order, is not able to be fulfilled until June.”

“Hi everyone I received my furniture today various bedroom items the quality is lovely and am very satisfied. Also the young men Harvey and Scott couldn’t have been more polite and helpful taking all the items to the room of choice which is a bonus these days as normally deliveries are just to the door, so a very big thank you.”

“I had been trawling through the internet looking for an item of furniture and bemoaning the rocketing prices of decent pieces, when I came upon an advert poated by Top Furniture. I was skeptical at first due to the price being lower than many competitors. But I gave them a chance and was abolutely amazed by the quality of the item and the speed of delivery when it arrived. I now have the item in my loungue and it looks and feels wonderful in quality and appearance. Thank you Top Furniture.”

“Excellent Service Excellent Quality Product Appalling delivery “service” - flat refusal to take chest of drawers upstairs citing “it would not fit in the stairwell” which it most certainly did. Neither driver or his son wanted to manoeuvre it up the stairs so I ended up doing it myself!! Happy to highly recommend this company and the product but you need a good reliable delivery driver then beware as the ones I had wanted to just leave item in my hallway and leave - which they did🤬”

“Very pleased with my purchase. The delivery driver was helpful and opened the cardboard box up, lifting the bar stool out. The stool is comfortable to sit on and stores neatly away under my kitchen work surface wth just 10cm of the back showing, it is also very stable and does not tip over,”

“It’s 5 stars from me. From start to finish, this company did everything perfectly. The communication was great, the delivery was exactly when expected, and the delivery men were great. Furniture is beautiful in the room, exactly what I was looking for. The only tiny negative is that the drawer space is a bit smaller than I’d have liked but I’ll manage just fine. I have now ordered a bookcase to match. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
